Through consistent recitation, stillness practice, and weekly reflection, we anchor our mind in the present moment, absorb the essence of Eastern philosophy, and turn ancient teachings into tangible real-life changes. We explore both Confucian wisdom and Daoist philosophy, practice mindful presence, and build inner stability through short, daily half-hour sessions. No prior knowledge is required. Historic Zhang's Garden reopens as a boutique destination Zhangyuan, or Zhang's Garden, opened in 1885 as China's first modern pleasure garden, but it later decayed into a neighborhood of dilapidated houses.
