Les prix ne reviendront pas à leur niveau d’avant. . **+21 % sur l’alimentation (2021–2024)** **+30 % sur l’énergie** **+13,6 % sur les loyers** **Airbnb à Paris : x2,5 en 5 ans** **+33 % sur la baguette** . Pour un salaire de **2 000 € par mois en 2021**, en 2026 ton pouvoir d’achat est équivalent à celui d’une personne qui gagne **1 600 € par mois**. 👉 Tu perds **400 € par mois** à cause de l’inflation. . Ainsi, il est devenu **plus que nécessaire d’entreprendre** ou d’avoir **un business à côté de ton activité principale** pour conserver le même niveau de vie. . Et pourtant, malgré cette **envie massive d’entreprendre** et cette **nécessité financière**, beaucoup échouent ou abandonnent. . • **3 porteurs de projet sur 4** abandonnent avant même de créer leur entreprise, par manque de ressources, de compétences concrètes ou d’accompagnement efficace. • **Plus de 80 % des entreprises françaises** meurent dans les 5 premières années de leur création — principalement par manque de clients, de vente et de réseau. • **450 € par mois**, c’est le revenu moyen d’un indépendant ou freelance en France. Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a female model. The session starts with brief warm-up poses of two minutes, followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. It's a chance to share your drawings from the session and discuss drawing tips & techniques. You can also connect with fellow artists, exchange contacts, and promote your artistic projects. This book club event's theme is about art, writing, and one's passion to create! It encompasses a lot of literature surrounding *Writing, Artistic Passion, and the cost of an artistic life.* Many questions can be addressed, amongst them: \- What is it to write\, to create? \- Whether to make the choice to follow our passion and our calling\. \- What would be the cost of such a choice? \- How do artists navigate through life? \- What does it mean to write? This is a themed book club with no required reading! This topic is a wide topic and can include many books that relate to the theme, or explore ambition, creativity, purpose, or the tension between desire and duty, etc. Bring your favorite book(s) that feel close to the topic and discuss your reflections, favorite quotes, and engage in cozy conversations. In this course you will learn about how to express yourself in artistic ancient mandarin calligraphy. You will learn the basics and how to write your name in this magical language to begin. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times. The topic for March is "Our Bodies, Ourselves" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome.
