In her classes, the connection between breath and movement is at the heart of the experience. “For me, yoga is not just physical exercise — it’s a path back to myself.” Richárd’s music responds to the rhythm of the practice, shaping a soft, immersive atmosphere. “My relationship with music is born from presence: from an inner silence that slowly takes shape as outer sounds.
