Join us for the public Buddhist lecture by two travelling teachers Denes and Sarah followed by a traditional Tibetan guided meditation. Topic of the lecture: Four noble truths. Suggested donation is 20 Singapore dollars. Denes is Hungarian, he had a rough time before Buddhism and has a daughter from a previous marriage. In 1997, he met Lama Ole, and in 2005 he started to teach. He is working in property development. Sarah is Australian. She worked as an English teacher and has a son from a previous marriage. She met Lama Ole in 1996 and started to teach in 2013. They met in 2011 and have been living in both Australia and Hungary since.

The class will focus on Hatha Yoga. Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work. Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ). We will then transit to Sun Salutations, Asanas flow and finally cooling off with relaxation. Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana. If you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, please share privately before the class and I can modify the asanas for you.
