We usually sit on the ground in the park, so we recommend you to bring a blanket, pillow or something comfortable to sit on and now that it is a bit colder also something to keep you warm.

\- During the winter months and when the weather seems rainy\, I’ll be keeping the group size smaller\. This way\, if it rains\, we can comfortably move to a café together\.
\- If the weather is fantastic\, you’re very welcome to join us even if the participant limit has already been reached \(as long as you arrive on time because once the event starts I won't look at my phone to be fully present at the event\)\. However\, if it rains\, I will take the registered participants to a café nearby \(in case it rains before the event starts and you are a registered participants write to me on whatsapp so that I can send you the exact location\)\. Those who came but didn’t sign up are still very welcome to organize themselves\, choose another café\, and enjoy their own book discussions together\.

We’ll start in Figaró-Montmany and gradually hike through oak forests, chestnut trees and ancient mountain paths until we reach **the legendary Tagamanent — a historic spot with breathtaking views over Montseny, the Cingles de Bertí and half of Catalonia 😍**
We’ll then continue the traverse along scenic ridges and beautiful spring forests before descending towards Sant Martí de Centelles, completing a varied and panoramic route that feels far wilder than most people would imagine so close to Barcelona.
**A beautiful 13 km hike with 720 m of elevation gain** that will reward us with silence, fresh air, spectacular viewpoints and that special feeling of crossing the mountains step by step… from one village to another 🥾✨

**It is mandatory to order at least one drink per person.** A beer costs between 3 and 5 euros. **Casual dress is required: no flip flops, beach shorts or gym gear please.**

**How does the event work?**
* **Welcome** → Guests arrive and register. Hosts welcome you. You will receive a sticker to write your name and stick it on your chest. This will help to remember all names. You will also have a pen and a sheet of paper just exclusively for you where you need to write the names of all the dates you will have and comments just for yourself. You may find in the sheet the number or letter of the table you need to sit at the beginning. Go to the waiting area that the organizers will tell you. At the end of the event it is important that you scan the first QR CODE on your sheet and there will have to fill in your contact information: name, phone number, instagram, mail... and the name of the three people you like the most (It is a good idea to write all the names in the sheet as long as we are having the dates, and at the end just crossed out all except for the 3 we like the most). In the form we will also appreciate your feedback either good or negative to improve the event. You can grab a drink, nip the loo and relax in the indicated area. We ask the girls to come 15 minutes earlier than guys to start sitting them. In general we organise two or three groups divided by age range, but it depends on the number of participants. During the rounds a waiter/waitress will come just in case you need a refill!
* **Icebreaker activity** → Depending on the day we have an ice-breaker activity for each group which consists in answering questions to start getting to know all participants.
* **Rounds Begin** → Each participant has a mini-date (7 minutes) with another person. You may find ice breaker questions on the table in case you need them to help start enthralling conversations.
* **Rotation** → At the signal (host announcement or gong), the guys move to the next partner. The rotation is always following the order of the numbers or letters you will find on the table: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6... When you get to the last number you will jump to the first one. Same with letters. Boys will be stand up 30 seconds to take notes and girls will remain sitting in same position.
* **Half-break** → There is no half-break but if you want to pause, just ask the host if you can skip a round of 7 minutes so you can order drinks or food, go to the can or just relax at the garden.
* **End of Rounds** → At the end we usually gather at the garden to have a drink. Like this you still have time to talk to people and make your decision.

# **¿Cómo funciona el evento?**
### **Bienvenida**
Los participantes llegan y se registran. Los anfitriones os darán la bienvenida.
Recibirás una pegatina para escribir tu nombre y pegarla en el pecho (ayuda a recordar los nombres).
También tendrás un **bolígrafo y una hoja** exclusiva para ti donde escribirás los nombres de tus citas y tus comentarios personales.
En la hoja podrás tener el número o letra de la mesa donde deberás iniciar el juego. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores.
Al final del evento es **muy importante** escanear el **primer QR** de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu:
* nombre
* número de teléfono
* Instagram
* correo electrónico
* **los tres nombres** de las personas que más te han gustado
*(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)*
En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento.
Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada.
Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen **15 minutos antes** para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos.
Generalmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de edad, dependiendo del número de participantes.
Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo.

### **Actividad para romper el hielo**
Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating.
### **Inicio de rondas**
Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de **7 minutos** con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación.
### **Rotación**
A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong), **los chicos se mueven** a la siguiente mesa.
La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números.
Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas.
### **Pausa**
No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín.
### **Fin de rondas**
Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final.
### **Rellenar la hoja**
Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver.
Escanea el **primer QR** y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aquí realmente **estamos buscando la chispa real**, por eso el límite es de 3 nombres máximo a votar. Tenéis hasta el lunes a las 18h para votar.
### **Resultados**
El **martes por la mañana**, el organizador enviará los **matches mutuos** de forma privada por mensaje de Meetup o correo, por favor revisar la bandeja de SPAM.
Si tienes un match, recibirás la **información de contacto** de esa persona.

# **Normas importantes**
* Es fundamental que en tu perfil tengas **una foto clara de ti**.
Si no tienes foto, te moveremos a la lista de espera.
* Aunque veas lista de espera, apúntate igualmente: ajustamos para mantener **equilibrio chicos/chicas**.
* Si te inscribes y pagas pero no puedes venir, debes informarnos **48 horas antes del evento**.
En caso contrario, no habrá reembolso ni cambio de fecha.
* Debes respetar el código de conducta estándar y la educación con todo el mundo. La organización se reserva el derecho de expulsar del evento inmediatamente a quién esté incumpliendo las normas. Si algún participante detecta algún comportamiento sospechoso de otro, por favor, que informe en seguida a alguno de los organizadores.
