**The Red Tent – an Empowering Circle for Women and Non-binary**

**IMPORTANT**: Spots are limited, please make sure to reserve yours! If you are not on the list, you will be kindly asked to leave.
If you repeatedly register without showing up and cancelling in good time for someone else to participate instead, the host may choose to remove you from future events, so as to ensure fair access to the group.
In our weekly Monday meetings, we will explore them together through somatic practices, dance, singing, painting, writing, discussing and lecturing.
The 7x times workshop series will culminate in a voluntary exhibition of our own right at Lapinlahden Lähde.
This is an open group, but to get the full experience, it is recommended to attend the entire workshop series.
We follow the principles of safe space and no discrimination of any kind is accepted at the event.

Come to a really special event! This year Oura is hosting our WWDC watch party at the **Gilda cinema**, at Kamppi. This will be the most comfortable watch party ever! There will be time for some socialising in a wonderful location, we have a great talk lined up, and of course the main event - all the announcements and excitement of the WWDC keynote.

Sahaja Yoga meditation course in English
Welcome to join our Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings in English! The meetings are free of charge and you can just show up. The group consists of people of different ages and nationalities who have been meditating different periods of time. Newcomers are welcome at any time. We normally sit on chairs or on pillows on the floor, so there is no need to bring a mat and you can wear normal clothes.
Meditation means mental silence or thoughtless awareness. You are present here and now, but your mind is not bombarded by thoughts from the past or the future. In this state, you feel peace and joy, which are the essential elements of the present moment. With regular practice of meditation, it is possible to establish this state within us.
The group is lead by volunteers who are experienced and can offer guidance to get you started. We give a short introduction to the meditation and after that we do meditation exercises. We also give tips on how to meditate at home. After the meditation class, we have a cup of tea and there is time for questions.

Walk & Talk About Life's Big Questions
[The Board Walks](http://www.theboardwalks.com/) are for curious people who love deep conversations.
If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!).
**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
