Pilates in Zurich - Small Group
Whether you are looking to build a rock-solid core, recover from an injury, or simply move with more intention, this class is for you. This is a specialized **Clinical Pilates** session designed for men or women of all ages and fitness levels who want to prioritize their long-term health.
In our intimate, **4-person maximum** sessions at **Physio&Co. in Zurich**, we move away from "one-size-fits-all" workouts. We focus on the deep stabilizers—the core and pelvic floor—that support your spine and improve every other way you move.
* **Functional Core Strength:** Building stability from the inside out.
* **Pelvic Floor Health:** Essential for everyone (men and women!) to improve athletic performance and daily comfort.
* **Postural Alignment:** Reversing the "office slouch" and reducing back or hip tension.
* **Clinical Precision:** Form-focused movement with the individual attention of a private session.
**Why the 4-person limit?** I keep these groups small so I can offer real-time corrections and tailor the moves to who is in the room. You get professional-grade coaching in a relaxed, relatable Zurich studio.
### **The Details**
📍 **Location:** Physio & Co. (right next to Stockerstrasse tram stop)
**What to bring:** Just yourself! All mats and props are provided.
**Investment:** 45 CHF
✅ **Booking:** Please book directly on www.physio&co.ch **(only 4 spots per class, so please book before arriving).**

We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards.
The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather.
Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy.
The event is Free.
IMPORTANT:
Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event.
Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

Prompt vs. Paintbrush
AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machine’s?
This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation?
We encourage audience participation during this event that will be moderated by Chris Slee.
Whether you’re deep in the field or just getting curious, come connect with others building and exploring AI in Columbus.
