The event is open to everyone and not only for people with specific medical condition. Its also completely free of charge. You will take home very detailed exercises that can help you make your eyesight better, more comfortable to use and notice all the important signs of correct use of the eyes which will ensure sharp and joyfully eyesight experience. It starts from proper relaxation that we forgot subconsciously how to do through our long commitments we have that falls on the eyes. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: - 15 minutes of hellos and getting settled; maybe some quick intros. - Then, the timer starts! : writing for 1 hour. - After the hour is up... chat / take off / keep writing, if you're on a roll. Meetup Attendance policy We understand that life happens and things change, but please try and let us know if you’ve signed up to an event but won’t make it. This trail is a meandering path through the woods. There will be some overlooks and a couple stops at the creek as well as time along a waterway. It will not be a fast paced hike. There is some elevation change and uneven terrain. I will be using poles just to be safe! Will aim to get in about three miles. Optional lunch after if there is an interest.
