Welcome to the ‘Deep conversations’ event where you get the opportunity to share your views based on the topics that we may cover. The last time this was executed, it not only went well but we managed to learn from one another which broadened our thinking. With this particular event, the topics we’ll discuss are: * What do you define as a career in life? * Education then vs education now * Is school even worth it? * The stages of life via work and why it’s too common * If you had the power, what would you change about the educational system and in life? * What do you appreciate about education and how does it inspire you in life? We get so preoccupied with daily life that we hardly have a chance to sit back and think as well as discuss many topics in such depth. When was the last time you sat back and thought about anything in depth which opened your eyes to so many possibilities and broadened your thinking? Everyone will be welcomed by our host at 19:15 who will offer you a name sticker, direct you to our private area, and ensure you have time to grab a drink before we begin. Guests alternate between the lanes in mixed groups of guys and girls for an action-packed game of bowling designed to break the ice, get the conversation flowing, and become acquainted with your fellow teammates. While not bowling, you will have the chance to socialise more widely as our host is on-hand to make introductions to all other guests. At the end of the games, we will tot-up the scores and announce our King- or Queen-pin of the evening. This location is where GRASP started in April 2022 and we're so excited to see it open as a pizza restaurant again! This will be a great opportunity to meet friends old and new while enjoying pizza that has become quite a hit in the DMV area! Andy's serves pizza by the slice and also wine by the bottle. Two slices of pizza and a coke cost about $12. It all started with a ball of Trader Joe’s pizza dough. Over nearly a decade, Andy Brown has refined his recipe from semihomemade to a from-scratch crust that ferments for 72 hours before it’s baked in a hot stone oven. This location, in Kentlands, is the newest but Andy’s is quickly mushrooming around DC and NoVA. With its pliable crust, tangy tomatoes, and high-quality cheese, this is one of the most awarded pizzas in the DMV.
