This is a drop-in event, please note: receiving a screening is not guaranteed. Screenings will be provided as time and resources allow. Take charge of your health! Join us for a FREE comprehensive health screening with Luminis Health, where you can get your blood pressure, glucose, A1C, and cholesterol levels checked. You will get all the results of your screening the same day. Based on the screening results, you will be provided educational resources to help improve your health. Ages 18 & up; FREE.

Thursday Run: Ballston to Custis Trail
Come join other guys in their 20s and 30s for a friendly group run. This run is not competitive and all skill levels are welcome.

**MEETING SPOT:**
We'll meet a little before 6:30 PM at Ballston Local on N Glebe in front off the restaurant. See the pin below. Parking at the mall is only $1.00 after 6:00 PM. Then we'll head out right at 6:30 PM and eventually end up back where we started.

We won't run in the middle of a thunderstorm, but we'll still go if there's light rain. Many of us will plan to meet at the start time regardless and we can make a call then. We've learned that the weather can change quickly, so there's not much point in canceling the run prematurely.

Chakra Cleansing Meditation
Experience a deeply restorative session that combines **chakra cleansing meditation** with **gentle stretching yoga** to help you reset your body, calm your mind, and rebalance your energy.
We will begin with grounding breathwork to help you settle into the present moment. From there, you'll be guided through a **chakra cleansing meditation**, focusing on the body's seven main energy centers to release blockages and invite a smoother flow of energy throughout the body.
Following meditation, we will move into **slow, gentle yoga stretches** designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and support the energetic balance of each chakra. The movements are simple, mindful, and accessible to beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want a calming and nurturing practice.
This session is ideal if you are looking to:
* Reduce stress and mental fatigue
* Reconnect with your body and breath
* Balance your energy centers (chakras)
* Release physical tension through gentle movement

This is our monthly guy’s happy hour, a relaxed spot to grab a drink, meet new guys, and see what Choros is all about.

Sunday funday: let's play dodgeball at Scioto Audubon park
Dodgeball is back again!
If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed.
We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play.
If it rains, the event will be canceled.
