He completed his master’s thesis on software supply chain security and is intrigued by its relevance in modern software development practices. Shawkot is an avid reader who enjoys books spanning application security, self-development, and philosophy. **Markus Hölsä** is a Kotka made cybersecurity expert and host of the Turvaverkko podcast, dedicated to making digital safety understandable for everyone. Specializing in CaaS and AI threats, Markus is also a prominent information security activist who has been scrutinizing EU legislation—specifically Chat Control—since 2022.

Achieving Business Agility is much harder and elusive than most people realise. With a predominant focus on agility at team level, most of the Agile implementations often miss the enablement of agility at the whole organisation level. It could be argued that businesses don't even have an agreed definition of what Business Agility is. During this session, the participants will start by exploring some of the characteristics and elements that enable agility in Business. Then, based on our collective experience, we will assess how present those characteristics are in Finnish businesses. We play in English and the game rules are taught before starting play, unless everyone is already familiar with the game. No previous experience with board gaming required. We will hike at Sky Meadows State Park, 5.2 miles with an elevation gain of 1000’. The pace for this hike is suitable for beginners and families, at 1.4-1.9 mph, with slower options available as needed. The hike is referred to as a lollipop. We will meet at the Visitor Center parking lot and hike to the Boston Mill Road Trail. We will take the North Ridge Trail to the Appalachian Trail and then the Ambassador White House Trail. We will return on the North Ridge Trail and Boston Mill Road Trail. **DIRECTIONS AND PARKING:** Physical Address: 11012 Edmonds Ln., Delaplane, VA 20144 The park is less than two miles south of Paris, VA via U.S. Route 50 to Route 17 South, or seven miles north of I-66, Exit 23 on Route 17 North. The park’s main entrance is on Rt. 710/Edmonds Lane. Park in the lot at the visitor center.
