Yoga is a core part of Mindful Leadership. In connection to this, we will do yoga. We meditate at the end of the class. I am a yogi myself and enjoy it a lot. I would like to share the joy with fellow members. We secured a private class, just for our group. Bring your refillable water bottle to fill up on free filtered water at the studio, or you can use one of our cups.
