Welcome to **I WRITE**, a gentle space for anyone who wants to write—quietly, freely, and without judgment.
This will be a Ladies Only gathering: a women-only writing space designed for quiet, connection, and creativity.
Whether you’re journaling, writing a novel, drafting an article, or just processing your thoughts, this is a space to simply show up and write.

This event is a fun and beginner-friendly introduction to the world of sourdough alongside a delicious sourdough tasting.
You’ll learn the basics about the sourdough starter: what it is, how it needs to be maintained, and how to bake delicious and healthy bread with it. During the session, we’ll feed our starters together, and you’ll go home with your own active sourdough starter, plus a clear step-by-step recipe and guide to help you bake your first loaf at home.

**Slow Table** is a gathering for women who want to trade the "hustle" for a moment of depth. We’re creating a space to pause, capture a snapshot of who we are today, and share that presence with others.
The heart of this event is a 20-minute ritual where we’ll write postcards to our future selves—sketching dreams, venting hopes, or simply documenting a current favorite habit. We aren’t just here to write, though; we’re here to build a community where depth is the default and new friendships can actually breathe 🌸

It's coming up with a story to tell someone. Making up an excuse when you are late to work. Having to do a presentation when you have lost all your notes. Improvising is also coming up with a joke or a pickup line on a date.
Improvising can be challenging, but it can also be fun. It involves spontaneity and creativity. Whether or not you think you are good at improvising doesn't matter. You may surprise yourself. So join us for an afternoon of improv games where we certainly will have fun!

Dafür gibt es auch eine spezielle Übung: das vorbeugende Lachen.

Du aktivierst eine Menge Glückshormone. So stärkst Du Deine Resilienz und kannst gelassener, fröhlicher und unbeschwerter in die neue Woche gehen.

sagt ein indisches Sprichwort. Es ist also Atemtherapie pur.
Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hält jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
