In just 30 minutes we’ll step from high‑level buzzwords to hands‑on engineering details:
How MCP’s JSON‑RPC message format, streaming channels, and version‑negotiation work under the hood.
Why per‑tool sandboxing via isolated client processes hardens security (and what happens when an LLM tries rm ‑rf /).
Techniques for hierarchical context retrieval that stretch a model’s effective window beyond token limits.

Buongiorno a tutti. Sono proprietario di un bar e dispongo di un tavolo da biliardo semi-professionale. Sto creando un gruppo WhatsApp di giocatori amatoriali di biliardo americano pool/carambola, per la maggior parte debuttanti. Cerco persone disposte a unirsi al gruppo per giocare e divertirsi nel tempo libero, il pomeriggio oppure la sera in ogni giorno. Per stimolare l'impegno di ogni giocatore, abbiamo pattuito che il vincitore di ogni "mini-torneo" organizzato nei vari giorni giochi gratis e non paghi la tariffa di tempo per il periodo di gioco (un'ora di gioco costa 10€, ma viene di volta in volta frazionata in base al periodo di gioco effettivo). Il locale si trova in zona nord di Milano, stazione Greco-Pirelli, università Bicocca. Chiunque dovesse essere davvero interessato a partecipare e unirsi al mio gruppo, non esiti a contattarmi. **Come si svolge SUPMindfulness sui Navigli di Milano**
**1) Lezione introduttiva di SUP (sicurezza + tecnica base)**
Fondamentale se è la tua prima volta, utile anche se vuoi perfezionare postura e pagaiata. Useremo tavole ampie e stabili: imparare sarà più semplice di quanto immagini.
**2) Mindful Tour: meditazione in movimento**
Dalla Darsena al Naviglio Grande vivremo una pagaiata in SUP a ritmo lento, guidata e adatta anche ai principianti che per la prima volta salgono sulla tavola.
**3) Meditazione guidata + tisana finale**
Al rientro in Darsena uniremo i SUP e ci prenderemo un tempo per una meditazione seduti sulla tavola.
Chiuderemo l’esperienza con una tisana da sorseggiare sull’acqua.
**SUPMindfulness è uno spazio Digital Detox**
Durante l’esperienza mettiamo via lo smartphone, per rigenerarci e vivere davvero il momento: potrai lasciarlo in un locale custodito.

**Curious about working on Crow Pose?**
In this workshop, we will work on Crow Pose not only as a physical balance, but as something we build step by step with awareness.
**What will we do in this workshop?**
• We will look closely at the pose
• We will prepare the body step by step
• We will notice how the body carries weight
• We will learn how to use strength from the right place, without forcing
• We will enter the pose in a safe and controlled way
Without rushing, without putting all the weight on the arms, we will learn how to create balance using the whole body.
Through simple techniques and supportive variations, you will have the space to understand the pose better and try it with more confidence.
**Who is this workshop for?**
– Those trying Crow Pose for the first time
– Those who find it difficult to lift their feet
– Those who can already balance but want to stay longer and feel more stable
**The mindset**
This workshop is not about performance, but about awareness.
Whether your feet lift or not, what you understand here will support your practice and help you continue building Crow Pose step by step.
A regular yoga practice is recommended.

Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
