Managing a Power BI environment can be frustrating.
Our database changes a name of a column, where is that used in our reports? Do I need to open them all? Who do I contact?
We know that bi-directional filtering is best not-done, but how do we know it is used? Can we find that?
Using Semantic link, a free python library we can use in Fabric Notebooks, even someone with little to no Python experience can save a lot of time finding answers to these questions.
Come and see how semantic link can help you out like it did for me.
The Yellow wizard will take you along on a managing tour of the Power BI environment of Middle Earth.

How does it work ?
• The events are open for beginner to advanced gamers. If you're new here they're the perfect gateway to discover what we do!
• Those who want to host a game are asked to share in the comments below which game, & for how many players you can run your table.
• For others, if you see a game you'd like to join just respond to the host in the comments below and we'll reserve a spot for that game for you.

Find Your Team’s Purpose and Define Your Next Elegant Step

Different cultures and approaches are confronted, and the rational mind brings a set of beliefs on how things “should be” that creates blocks and might lead to exhaustion and burnout.

In this workshop, we’ll **allow the group purpose to emerge** and **to be co-created**, via the **identification of the Next Elegant Step** for each of the participants.
The serious game “Your Next Elegant Step” (C) is a method to align with personal purpose and higher values, based on the principle of identification of C. G. Jung and uses art-creative tools.
**The aim of this workshop is:**
* to adapt the creative serious game “Your Next Elegant Step” to teams in a corporate environment
* to experience the power of non-verbal and creative art tools
* to support each individual to find their next elegant step in their career environment
* to let emerge the purpose for the group, to be clearly stated and identified

Our journey takes us once more under the towering beech cathedral of the **Forêt de Soignes**. We’ll begin our transition from city to nature at the threshold where Brussels meets the wild: the entrance to **Bois de la Cambre**. Standing before the **stark white pavilions**—those historic sentinels of the park—we’ll gather our strength before disappearing into the deep greens and dappled light of the ancient woodland.
We will go over light trails and firm forest paths (trail shoes aren't a necessity but advisable) - depending on the weather conditions the route may be adapted.

Brussels Bouldering - Arkose Canal
Hi everyone. After a long hiatus, join for the first of many bouldering session in Brussels.
Whether you're a seasoned climber or a beginner looking to try something new, this event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and meet like-minded individuals. Join us on Sunday, 8 February 2026 for a relaxed Photoresk photo walk through the Marolles, Brussels’ most characterful quarter. We’ll meet at 11:15 at Place du Jeu de Balle, explore lesser‑known corners and textures, then visit at least one exhibition linked to the PhotoBrussels Festival. We’ll wrap with lunch in the Marolles (vegetarian option available), with Matonge as a backup lunch zone.

Join us for our weekly Saturday run at 10 am at Bois de la Cambre !
We run 5 kms around Bois de la Cambre divided in one bigger lap of 3,5 kms and a smaller one of 1,5 kms.
Both start and end at the Woodpecker so, if needed, you can stop there after the first lap.
Our goal is to make running more accessible, for that, the pace is very beginner friendly which is around 06:30-07:00 min/km.
Let's all have a drink after and chat at the Woodpecker of Bois de la Cambre.

We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter.
Program:
15’ warm up

Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more

RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed)
CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold)
J = Jog, recuperation
Notes:
It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point.
It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle.
For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'/km so this pace should feel very comfortable

**People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data**
Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics.
The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth.
The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps. The goal is to give attendees a clear mental model for how compensation analytics works today and why getting it right is becoming increasingly critical.

I love my job and one of the main things I do is help customers get going with any of the data technologies at Microsoft. Right now there are a lot of my customers asking about Microsoft Fabric. This session introduces Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open-source framework designed to solve this challenge and become the universal connector—the USB-C port—for AI. We will dive into how this open protocol is creating a new ecosystem for building powerful, context-aware AI agents.

**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

**HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC**
A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
Recent topics include:
* "What are you passionate about right now?"
* "What makes a good friend?"
* "What's a belief you used to hold that you've completely changed?"
* "How do you want to be remembered?"
* "What would you do if money wasn't a factor?"
Think of your topic like the dish you're bringing to our conversational potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish (i.e. energizing, uplifting, expansive), we'll all walk away feeling lighter and brighter.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
This isn't a fitness event with casual chitchat. It's a walking think tank where we explore life's big questions together, beyond small talk. *If you're looking for light banter or a standard networking event, this probably isn't the right fit.*

* Wear casual athletic attire and sneakers. It's a long walk!
* We have multiple first-timers at each event. We work hard to create a welcoming, inclusive, clique-free space.

* Rain or shine, we've been out here nearly every week since July 2022. If the event is cancelled, we'll let you know.
* Dogs, babies in strollers, parents, and friends are welcome — please text/email them the event link so they can RSVP and prepare a topic!
**LOGISTICS**
* If you'll arrive over 10 minutes late, we suggest skipping the event. It's hard to find us once we start walking, and your host can't answer messages during the event.
* This walk is designed for everyone to *move together at the same steady pace* (about 20 min/mile). This format works best when the whole group moves in unison. If you have mobility limitations, we kindly encourage you to find an event better suited to your needs.
