You may bring your own games or we have quite an extensive cupboard full of games you are welcome to use. There are always people who will explain games, so no need to worry. Just come. Usually we meet at 18:30 and decide what we want to play. Usually we are able to fill 4-6 tables or more with different games. So you will certainly find something to your taste and likes. Die CSS hat 2024 einen weiteren grossen Schritt auf ihrer Reise zur Business Agilität unternommen: Mit der Einführung von SAFe, sechs Agile Release Trains, einem agilen Portfolio sowie der Anpassung von Organisation, Budget und Strategie. Obwohl Scrum bereits seit 2014 in der Softwareentwicklung verankert ist, bedeutete dieser Wandel einen tiefgreifenden organisatorischen und kulturellen Schritt. In dieser Session berichtet ein Mitglied des Transformationsteams, was in den letzten zwei Jahren im agilen Umfeld der CSS mit rund 500 Mitarbeitenden geschehen ist. Themen wie agile Führung, Zusammenspiel zwischen Team, ART und Portfolio, Kommunikation, Kulturwandel und Mindset-Change stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt. Lass dich auf die Reise mitnehmen — welche Herausforderungen haben wir gemeistert, wo sind wir gescheitert und welche Themen uns weiterhin beschäftigen. Tauche mit Martin Ineichen in diese spannende Transformation ein. Speed friending is a fun and fast paced ice breaker, allowing everyone to interact face to face with the goal on finding those people you can find a connection. How does it work? 1. We will break attendees up into groups of 1:1's and provide some ice-breakers get to know you questions. 2. The group will stay together for about 6-7 minutes and at the end of the round, one participant will move to a new station and start a new round, meeting new people. FAQs: Can I come alone? Yes. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
