Meditation for Well-being
Meditation for Well-being
Hello there! - We'd like to welcome you to a Free Meditation Meetup hosted by Luc & team. Topic: Free Meditation Time: 07:30 PM Every week on Friday Location: La Source 20-22 Rue Sébastien Mercier Paris 75015 Commute information: M° Javel-Citroën or station RER C Javel. Bilingual possible: French/ English This is a very simple, effortless, and spontaneous meditation technique also known as Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja meaning spontaneous and Yoga meaning union with one’s true self. Through meditation we connect to our true self and feel the peace within. This happens when we reach a state of thoughtless awareness and go beyond our mind and thoughts. Across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. In fact, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and renewable. This energy is called Kundalini which helps us restore our balance and harmony within ourselves. It works spontaneously and effortlessly. This is a simple time-honored meditation technique that lets you tap into that energy and harness its power to become more balanced, better manage stress, and better connected to yourself - emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Sahaja Yoga has many layers, varied and deep. Explore at your own pace, in your own way. Every last Friday of the month there is a music session where we invite musicians professional or amateur to play. We can sing all together and enjoy a beautiful meditative state through music's vibration. All the sessions are free and everyone is cordially invited. We normally sit on chairs. There is no need for mats and no special clothing is required. See you soon!
