A relaxed, beginner-friendly run/walk social focused on movement, community and feeling better. This is not a serious running club for elite athletes, nor is it a hardcore bootcamp. The idea is simple: get outside, move your body, meet good people and build healthier habits in a supportive environment. We’ll cover around 4k together using a structured run/walk format guided by qualified personal trainer Mike Maddox, with regular walk breaks so nobody feels left behind or under pressure. This group is designed for adults who are comfortable walking for around an hour and want to improve their fitness in a relaxed, social way. **Perfect for:** • People getting back into fitness • Busy professionals and parents • Expats looking to meet people • Anyone wanting a healthier routine without intimidation • People who don’t feel comfortable in traditional fitness spaces English-speaking, but everyone is welcome 🇬🇧🇪🇸 No pressure. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
