Our monthly Northern social is held at Moon Dog World in Preston. Moon Dog World is a brewery, restaurant and bar with a lagoon, waterfall, hidden tiki bar and much more! Atmosphere is on the family restaurant side (dogs and kids a plenty!) but still a fun tropical style environment. Food is better than standard pub fare with exotic flavours and generous serves. Fun for pretty much everyone, so come along and enjoy it with us. Do you live in the Northern or perhaps even the Western suburbs and are interested in catching-up with like minded people? Come along for dinner and meet some friendly people. Our group is informal and open to all. We pay for own food and drinks individually and there is no charge for the organisation of the events. It is a great opportunity to meet others with an emphasis on fun and supporting each other. So whether you choose to come at the start for dinner or later on for drinks, we hope to see you. The team at Etta humbly describe it as ‘a little neighbourhood restaurant with a big heart’ but with various accolades, including previously winning Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant of the Year (Vic) and a Chef’s Hat, Etta is more than just a quiet local spot in Brunswick East. The food is fresh and seasonal, and brings people together over shared plates. I booked the Chef’s High Table for 8 Fine Diners to enjoy the ‘leave it to us’ 4-course menu at $115 per person for dinner from 6.45pm on Friday 8 May. There is the option to add matching wines on the night for $85. 
Join the waitlist to express interest. Once I have names in the waitlist, I’ll send you a ‘Meetup Message’ to confirm you have a spot and how to pay. You’ll need to send me $50 to secure your place (equivalent to the cancellation fee - this will be deducted from your bill when we settle up). Once paid I’ll move you from the waitlist to going. We become intoxicated by nature as we drink in the breath of life. Accessible yoga, easy music, connection, a little dance and coffee with new friends at the end. You don't have to be a yoga expert, you just need to be happy around nature and good people ! Location: The Queen Victoria Gardens on St Kilda Rd, next to the M Pavilion Time: 9.30am-10.30am BYO yoga mat, warm exercise clothes (it can be a little crisp) and a bottle of water.
