Depending on attendees preferences this event will take either a more hands on approach to the diversity and quality catastrophe that we see in shops regarding our beloved vegetables, or a more chill attitude. Economic or social aspects can be covered, again depending on the democratic preferences of the attendees. If it wouldn't be for the depressing landscape of the situation it would be a fun event. This time we are going to experience the world-famous spa town of Karlovy Vary, a spa town situated in western Bohemia. We will admire the grand 19th-century spa architecture, stroll along the impressive colonnades, and sip the presumably health-restoring sulphurous waters from 12 different springs in spouted ceramic drinking cups. One of the most famous attractions is the hot spring that spews out hot thermal waters to a height of 12 meters. We are a group of runners who meet most weeks for a run around the beautiful Vltava River's edge. You can bring your running shoes straight from the office/home office if you don't have time to stop at home. There will be a place to put your bags in the Cafe. We will run about 9 km along the river and have a drink afterwards. Paces vary! We will meet in the square near Kavarna Liberal (Hermanova 6), near the Vltavska metro/tram stop at 6:30 on Wednesday.
