With yoga, Hwee fell in love with the **low impact** workout (which was gentle for her teenage injured lower back). Join us as we journey through gibberish and sound; from emptying the mind to soothing the soul; this exploration is a safe space to release pent-up stress and relax into the magical sound bath.

Celebrate a double treat of an immersive Kundalini experience followed by a soul soothing Sound Healing. The teacher concludes each class with a Gong Bath to help one experience the deeper connection of body and mind. The deep resonating sounds will enable one to go into a deeply meditated state, allowing the mind and body to fully decompress and let go. Incorporating both spiritual and physical aspects of yoga, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques and meditation. The goal is to help to strengthen intuition and willpower, as well as activate and rebalance the nervous and glandular systems. Join us for a rejuvenating morning walk along the stunning Mandai Boardwalk, where tranquility and camaraderie blend beautifully. **Date:** 21 February 2026 **Time:** 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM **Location:** Mandai Boardwalk, Singapore **Distance:** 3.3 km (slow and steady walk) **How to reach:** **MRT/Bus**: Red line Khatib MRT station exit A. Board shuttle bus (in every 15 mins) from there (Fare $2.50/way). Get down at Mandai Zoo, Mandai Rainforest Resort the last station of the shuttle bus. **Where to meet:** **Shuttle Bus:** Take a lift or escalator from the shuttle bus stop to level 1. We will meet near the lift area. There is a large Pangolin structure on front right side of lift area. Please find the meeting point image below. **Cab/Car drive:** From car parking move towards Mandai boardwalk on the left side of large Pangolin is escalator & lift area. Lift area is our meeting point.
