FULLMOON SOUNDBATH:CULTIVATE GRATITUDE&ABUNDANCE(TIBETAN SINGINGBOWLS+OCEANDRUM)
Full Moon is when the sun illuminates the entire moon, making her full, round, and bright. It represents completion, abundance and fulfillment. When everything is in full illumination, we are able to see with greater clarity what is or not working. It is a time to celebrate our growth, track our progress and reflect on how far we have come.
Join us in this Full Moon sound bath to express gratitude to yourself and celebrate your abundance. Let this also be your time to release, let go, and be free of what no longer serves you. You will also explore the use of journal prompts for cultivating gratitude and self-love, oracle cards for additional guidance and insights, and positive affirmations to help you move forward.
COSMIC RESONANCE GONG BATH
Immerse yourself in an extraordinary sonic experience that resonates with the rhythm of the universe. The powerful vibrations of gongs harmonize and recalibrate your being, offering a gateway to profound relaxation, inner peace, and heightened self-awareness. Join us for a cosmic adventure that transcends time and space—an opportunity to realign, recharge, and resonate with the universe.
Breathe, Surrender & Release: Breathwork + Tibetan Singing Bowls
“Breathe in deeply to bring your mind home to your body.” \~ Thich Nhat Hanh
Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your mind. Learn how to use your breath as an anchor to cultivate awareness and bring yourself back to the present moment. Experience different breathing techniques and allow yourself to explore the connection between mind, body and breath, and discover the benefits of conscious breathing.
The session ends with a restorative Yoga Nidra which allows you to breathe, surrender, and release into the healing sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowl and enter into full relaxation.
AN INVITATION TO REST
Have you given yourself permission to rest?
We are all deserving of rest and sacred pauses so this is an invitation to rest, come as we are and return home to our ground of wellbeing and simply being. In this session, we will move through stages of conscious relaxation through body sensing and breath sensing, supporting the body to rest deeply and softly. Followed by the warm grounding sounds of the Himalayan Singing bowls and Gongs, surrender to rest and stillness.

Release and Reset: Mindfulness + Tibetan Singing Bowls
“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be”
Accompanied by grounding sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, we invite you to join us in this practice for releasing and resetting your energy using a combination of meditation techniques. It allows for deep relaxation of the mind, body, reset the nervous system, release any judgements and limiting thoughts and beliefs to promote deep healing, calmness and the ability to connect more deeply to your innate wisdom.
Heal from within: Affirmations + Tibetan Singing Bowls + Ocean Drum
This practice allows you to reignite your own self-healing ability. Your body and mind are in constant communication with each other and collectively they hear what you are thinking, saying, and believing about yourself. Your thoughts and the words used to shape them, can influence your body’s ability to heal. With the use of affirmations, these positive statements can help you overcome self limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. And along with the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, allow yourself to shift into a positive state of mind and let the body be fully relaxed for the healing to begin.

About Yoga Instructor & Reiki Healer, Hwee Hwee
Hwee is a yoga instructor who hurt her wrist, dampening her asana practice and just could not recover it 100% with physiotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. A calling drawn her to Reiki healing and her recovery progressed so much more! Hwee is an advanced Reiki Level 3 practitioner.
With yoga, Hwee fell in love with the low impact workout (which was gentle for her teenage injured lower back). Wanting to know yoga beyond the physical aspects (asanas), she went to one of the oldest yoga school in world, G.S. College of Yoga and Cultural Synthesis, Kaivalydham in Lonavla, Pune, India in 2017 and attained her Hatha Yoga teaching certifications from both Kaivalydham and Quality Council of India (QCI) by Indian Yoga Association.
Hwee is also into meditation since 2013 and with Hatha Yoga now, the practice between asana (physical exercise) and meditation has integrated into one.
It is said that we don't do meditation, meditation happens to us.
Join Hwee for asanas and pranayama practice for meditation to happen and Reiki healing!
Hwee is also proficient in Chinese and Japanese language. Please also follow her on Instagram and Facebook @NamasteWithHwee

Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
Examples of painful experiences include:
* A broken relationship or divorce.
* Death or loss of a loved one.
* Death of a pet.
* A sudden shock or bad news.
* A betrayal.
* Being part of an abusive relationship.
* A bad injustice.
* Loss of a job, position or business.
* A grave illness or injury.
The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
