Aura Healing Reiki Practice Night
Aura Healing Reiki Practice Night
Namaste, healer. This month, we'll be working on the auric field. Many issues – physical ones included – actually start out there and then filter down into the body. So when we work on the aura, we often catch things at their source — before they ever take root. And yet, many Reiki practitioners neglect the aura. They pour all their attention into the physical body, and while that's great, we can add a lot of depth to our healing by working on the aura. Hence, our Aura Healing Reiki Practice Night, where we'll do powerful meditations to clear blocks in the auric field, followed by group healing to strengthen and brighten it. So come along and leave refreshed and vibrant. Hope you can make it, Jeremy

Breathe, Move, Rest.
Breathe, Move, Rest.
In this Saturday afternoon workshop participants are invited to bring along their own mats to lie on, blankets, bolsters, warm socks and eye pillows, along with anything else that may invite a sense of comfort and ease in this enjoyable exploration of deep rest. With qualified skill, care and attention Jennifer will guide participants through an iRest Meditation that combines the ancient with the modern and gives life skills to transform stress by spending time enquiring within. Sensations, thoughts and emotions will be witnessed and resilience created via this technique to help bring inner peace and deep rest. “iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation” is an evidence-based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system and develops an inner sanctuary of wellbeing and equanimity that underlies all circumstances you may encounter in your life. **Jennifer Berridge** is the director of The Karma Studio in Sandringham. She holds certificates in Japanese Needle Therapy and Yoga Therapy along with a Diploma of Chinese and Remedial Massage. She is also a Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher. **The MTS is committed to providing events that align with and further The three objects of The Theosophical Society:** * To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste or colour. * To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science. * To investigate unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in the human being. Psychedelic Experiences, Integration & Peer Conversation
Psychedelic Experiences, Integration & Peer Conversation
Many people are now hearing about Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, including legal treatment pathways in Australia through authorised medical practitioners. At the same time, there are people who have had significant psychedelic experiences outside formal clinical settings and have nowhere grounded to talk about what happened afterwards. What seems less available is a simple, open space where people who have had, are considering, or are trying to make sense of these experiences can talk with others who understand that psychedelic experiences can be serious, complex, deeply personal, and sometimes difficult to explain to people who have not been through something similar. This meetup is intended as a grounded, respectful peer conversation for people who are trying to make sense of a past psychedelic experience, whether it occurred through a legal therapeutic pathway, a retreat, an underground setting, or personal use. People may come to these experiences through many different life circumstances, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, heartbreak, existential questions, or a sense that something in their life needs to change. The focus is not on substances themselves. The focus is on integration: what happened afterwards, what changed, what became clearer, what became harder, what still feels unresolved, and how people are carrying the experience into their everyday life. We’ll meet casually at Fitzroy Gardens in East Melbourne for an informal outdoor gathering. There is no set agenda. The aim is conversation, connection, listening, and respectful discussion around meaning, mental health, trauma, grief, identity, relationships, spirituality, confusion, insight, and life after a powerful experience. Some people may describe their experience as healing or transformative. Others may feel unsettled, disappointed, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do with it. All of that is welcome. Depending on the group size, we may split into two informal spaces: 1. **A listening circle** A quiet, structured space where people can share their story without interruption, fixing, advice-giving, debate, diagnosis, or analysis. 2. **A casual discussion group** A more open space for free-flowing conversation, questions, reflections, and connection. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. You can also simply come to listen. Please bring your own brunch, water, chair, picnic rug, or anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors. **Important boundaries** This is a peer-based social and educational gathering only. This event is not a substitute for professional care. This event does not facilitate, encourage, organise, recommend, supply, sell, exchange, or discuss how to access illegal substances. No promotion of any type of services will be allowed.

Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
From the moment sin entered the world, death began. Adam and Eve were not stricken dead immediately, but the process by which none of us lives forever in health and wholeness in these earthly bodies started its inexorable march to the inevitable end—death. The Bible makes it clear that by one man’s sin, death came to all mankind, but that by the obedience of One Perfect Man, Jesus, many are made righteous (Romans 5:19). F.F. Bosworth recognized this truth; he also would have people consider that the God Who provided for our greatest need—salvation from eternal death—would also provide healing for the lesser, but still great needs, of health and healing from sickness, disease, and the consequences of sin that we encounter before we die. Join us as we examine the case for biblical healing in the book first published in 1924, ***Christ The Healer*. We meet at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30 pm.** Get your tickets on [EventBrite](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/christ-the-healer-columbus-ohio-tickets-1989133215995)!
