This event is open to all for casual practice. However, coaching is not provided. 2 hrs of climbing is usually followed by a pint at Rascals :) About Gravity Climbing Gym: * **For anyone new to Gravity, they ask that you must have climbed at least 6 times in the last year or that you book an induction session directly with Gravity** (€28) https://www.gravityclimbing.ie/inductions If you like you can book your induction for the same time as this meetup and join us after (if available). -You'll also need to sign their digital waiver ahead of climbing for your first time at the gym. A friendly, beginner-focused dancing lesson for anyone curious to learn Balboa dancing. Study the basics in a relaxed, welcoming environment — no experience or partner required. Come move, meet new people, and enjoy classic swing music while building confidence on the dance floor. Our agenda for January 2026 includes four progression classes for complete beginners on Wednesdays: 1 hour each week starting from January 7th, in the beautiful Pillar Room (top of O'Connell Street, behind The Ambassador, Dublin 1). First lesson is FREE for first-timers, after that it's 45€/month. Please bring a change of shoes for the dance floor (any comfortable shoes are OK) and a bottle of water for yourself. We are here to bring like-minded people together and build a creative community!

We are so happy to be returning to Hedigan’s! Join us for a lovely evening of music and song in a relaxed, supportive space. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, all levels of musicians and singers are very welcome. ​Performers: Space is limited to 12 performers to ensure everyone gets their time in the spotlight. Please secure your spot by booking through the app! ​Listeners: If performance spots are full, we’d still love for you to come along, listen, and soak up the atmosphere. It’s a wonderful way to build confidence and get a feel for the session. ​The Details: There is a small €2 kitty fee. As the venue hosts us for free, we kindly ask that you support the bar by purchasing a drink or two. ​A Note on Parking: The car park directly outside is convenient but strictly monitored, so please double-check the rates to avoid a €125 unclamping fee! For a stress-free evening, there are several other parking options within a 5-minute walk, including the Tesco car park (which is usually free after 6:30 PM, but do check the signs!).

Turvey Nature Reserve Walking Loop. We will be meeting at Connolly Station Dublin at 10:40 AM, Inside byside Pret A Manger. There is a Starbucks, O'Briens and a shop for anyone wants food or drinks. We will be getting the InterCity train going to Drogheda, departing Connolly at 11:10 AM, this train is going past Howth Junction, Clongriffin, Portmarmock, Malahide and Donabate, you can get on from any of those stop too, dogs are welcome on leads ! We will be getting off at Rush and Lusk Train Station at approx 11:44 AM after we will be getting the 33A OR 33 Bus going to Abbey St. We will be getting off at Turvey Avenue, then we we be starting our walk. the Walk is Approx 2 Hours long. For those driving there is a free car park too. BEWARE SOME PATHS ARE PRIVATE SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! All **ages, genders and fitness levels welcome**! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **5 minute plyo:** Train explosiveness at your level. **35/45 minute strength**: to build muscle. Easy, intermediate to hard versions for every level. **15 minute HIIT:** for some happy endorphins! If you have native seeds to share, please label them with the Latin name and common name. The seeds don’t need to be removed from the seed head if you aren’t sure how to do it, but remove as much stem as possible. Bringing seeds is not required. Bring bags or envelopes to store seeds. Please email the list of species to Mary May so we can prepare information for attendees.
