It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. ☯️Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training, its health benefits and meditation. In April WQC's Creativity Circle will be making beaded bracelets and keychains! All supplies provided, open to all, bring yourself (and a friend or two) for when you are able to make it in the two hour window. Welcome to the first Let's Create. You will receive supplies to create one or more cards (but not the one pictured .. not this month anyway). These events are usually held at Day's Paper Palace (my home). However, this is a placeholder for the event and it may be moved to the Grove City Library. If you are new, you will not need to bring supplies. They will be provided.
