Sorry for the late notice on this one, but I still want to knit in public even though I had to cancel the official KIP after-party. I hope you can meet me at Aslin Taproom for some social stitching. Aslin has a wide selection of craft beers and soft drinks, as well as a full menu of pub food. The music tends toward early 2000s alt rock, but not so loud that we can't have a great chat. Come to co-work at Reed-Cooke cafe. This will be a low-key container to get things done alongside other women and friends who work remotely. Bring your laptop, book, or to-do list, along with your good vibes and productive energy.

We will have open shop hours for anyone to bring their bikes to work on or need help fixing your own bike. We will also have bikes that need to be fixed so you can learn if you like. We will need everyone to sign in when arriving and sign out when leaving so we can keep track of volunteer hours and shop times. Suggested donation of $15 per hour for use of tools and space would be appreciated. Thank you!

### **Join our next unhappy hour Breathwork Ceremony. In this Ceremony we use Conscious breathing to embrace and release our discomfort surrounding our emotional wounds, heart break, grief and stressful situations.** ### This 90 Minute ceremony includes breathwork and a sound bath to release the weight of our struggles by using our very own conscious breathing to transform our lives. **What is Breathwork?** Breathwork falls under an umbrella term with many different marketing names and techniques. All you need is an open mind and your own breathing to achieve results with no prior experience. Head up First as you get out of the station, pass the Library of Congress and the Capitol, turn right on East Capitol, and the Folger is on the right.
