Systemic & Family Constellations IN-PERSON Full-Day Workshop with Illi Adato
**You are invited to join a deep healing group process that extends beyond us as individuals into the wider 'field' of historical/ancestral influences, where our family's past traumas are seen, acknowledged, and attended to, so that they do not limit our well-being today.**
In these **short videos, our facilitator Illi Adato** explains the key aspects of the Systemic and Family Constellation approach to therapy and healing:
We shall meet at The Kailash Centre in St. Johns Wood, London NW8 for this month's group session, **open to all**.
Issue Holder and Representative spaces are available:
**For Representative (Participant) Booking £45:**

**For Issue Holder (Client) Booking £175:**
If you wish to attend as an Issue Holder at this workshop and have your own Constellation done please email your request to: [ih@londonconstellations.uk](ih@londonconstellations.uk)

This workshop provides a perfect opportunity to experience the deep and insightful Systemic Constellations process. A unique and powerful therapeutic method for self-exploration, understanding core behaviors, removing blocks, and reintroducing movement and growth. It is used as a major resource in working through trauma and it can assist in depression treatment.
To read comments from participants in previous workshops click this link [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)
**WHAT ARE SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS?**
The Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces often appear as difficulties or a sense of being 'stuck' in life, affecting our behavior, relationships, career, health/wellbeing, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and in our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur.
**WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION?**
In Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’.
The method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members, colleagues, partners, ex-partners etc., sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process, regardless of how they choose to take part.
**WHY DOES THIS WORK?**
Scientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behavior today and affect future generations.\*\* Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behavior patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in your family history. This notion has always been one of the guiding principles of Systemic / Constellations Therapy, a form of work that is dedicated to exposing and dealing with issues emerging from our family system.
Our group provides a **safe space** where deep personal work is done and where maintaining confidentiality and respect for each other's privacy is paramount.

Free Human Towers Rehearsal + Social (Sunday)
Sunday rehearsal with Castellers of London. Meet us at the OBC Community Centre to help build human towers!
This get together is a great opportunity for you to meet new friends, socialise and have a go and explore your abilities as a human tower builder a.k.a Casteller!
For newcomers we have a team of trained Castellers who will introduce you to the group, guide you through the activity and help you safely take part in this unique Catalan tradition.
When you arrive just approach us as we are really friendly! If in doubt ask for Cuss! Please let us know if you are bringing guests.
After the rehearsal we go to a nearby pub for social drinks where everyone is welcome :)
What do you need?
1. Ideally a cotton shirt: to protect your neck and shoulders, the more durable the shirt/top the better. We do not recommend any thin items of clothing!
2. Jeans: allowing you to move freely without breaking.
3. Mask: We still require the use of a mask as you will be very close to your fellow Castellers - basically you will be hugging people!
The rest of the equipment is on us!
We take health and safety very seriously, both in relation to COVID-19 and also the activity- please be assured that the safety of all participants is of the utmost importance to us and we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk, ensuring we all have a great time!
Our regular members won't be filling in the Meet Up to say they are going 🙂
So don't be put off if you see only a handful have said they are going.
A minimum of 25 on the day is normal. What the Meet Up may show is how many new people like yourself are going.

Sutton Curated Conversations For Local Professionals
**✨ Date Night on Zoom for Sutton Singles Mutual Matches After**
As a participant, you'll engage in short one-on-one Zoom rounds with compatible Sutton singles sorted by age and personality, as a welcoming host takes care of everything.
Prior to the event, you take a quick personality and preferences survey — those answers are used to pair you intelligently with Sutton locals, so you walk in with the right people already lined up.
When the session ends, we share who chose whom — without any awkward one-way messages — and you follow up whenever it suits you.
**Age-grouped registration — select yours:**
- **Ages 18-32** → [REGISTER HERE](https://tempodating.com/product?productId=501.0&productType=onlineSpeedDating&city=Sutton&groupurlname=genuine-bonds-formed-over-weekend-brunch&ar=18-32&face_v=4.0)
- **Ages 30-46** → [REGISTER HERE](https://tempodating.com/product?productId=501.0&productType=onlineSpeedDating&city=Sutton&groupurlname=genuine-bonds-formed-over-weekend-brunch&ar=30-46&face_v=4.0)
- **Ages 40-58** → [REGISTER HERE](https://tempodating.com/product?productId=501.0&productType=onlineSpeedDating&city=Sutton&groupurlname=genuine-bonds-formed-over-weekend-brunch&ar=40-58&face_v=4.0)
- **Ages 55+** → [REGISTER HERE](https://tempodating.com/product?productId=501.0&productType=onlineSpeedDating&city=Sutton&groupurlname=genuine-bonds-formed-over-weekend-brunch&ar=55+&face_v=4.0)
**⚠️ Confirmation needed:** This rsvp is not enough to hold your place in the rounds, so register through your age group link above and complete the personality quiz — places close once the group is full so sign up early, and the registration is what actually counts, not the RSVP.
---
**Ideal if you are:**
- Returners around Sutton done with unread messages and dead-end conversations and want to talk to real people tonight.
- Professionals based in Sutton getting away from swiping left and right with no results and want to meet real locals without the faff.
- Women and men calling Sutton home moving beyond the app treadmill that goes in circles and are looking for real connection.
- Daters in the Sutton area fed up with swiping with nothing to show for it and are ready for a genuine first impression.
- Those in the Sutton area who have given up on swiping with nothing to show for it and want to talk to real people tonight.
**How the evening works**
1. **Lock in your place** – by tapping the link for your age group, then fill in the personality matching questionnaire, because registration closes once spots fill.
2. **Get online** – via your Zoom registration link at the right time, no Zoom account is needed — just click the link, and a friendly host manages everything once you are on.
3. **Rotate through dates** – quick back-to-back rounds with age-matched Sutton locals paired by quiz, while a host ensures every round feels natural, because the format is built so every round is worth having.
4. **See your results** – we share mutual match results after the session closes, as your data only goes to someone who matched you back, and the next step is entirely in your hands.
**Quick Details**
- **Format:** Live via a live hosted call with back-to-back private rounds per pair, quiz-and-age matched for every single round.
- **Where:** No venue required — on any internet-connected device, all tech requirements are camera mic and Wi-Fi, and you just pick your most comfortable spot and join.
- **Host:** A real human host takes care of all the logistics from beginning to end, giving the whole session a relaxed and easy feel — from opening to close everything is taken care of.
- **Vibe:** Relaxed short conversations with genuine Sutton singles, and the conversation always feels more real than an app date.
- **Duration:** Most sessions run for an hour and change from first round to last, and you will barely notice the time.
💡 **Worth knowing:** test your camera and mic before the event, because the first impression starts before the first word, and a few minutes of prep makes a big difference to the whole evening.

Marketing Monday Networking
Monthly working lunch for Columbus business owners. One specific topic, one to three actions you can run this week.
You can be the best at what you do and still be invisible. If local buyers cannot find you, the phone does not ring.
Marketing Monday Lunch + Learn is a monthly working lunch for Columbus business owners focused on building relationships, local networking, and local marketing. Every kind of local business welcome. No pitch round, no pressure, no upsell.
**This month**
Most local businesses pick one or two places to be visible and call it good. The result is inconsistent calls and a feeling that marketing is not working. We will walk through the three places every local business needs to show up, plus the fourth place most owners ignore that quietly produces the warmest leads.
**What to expect**
Doors open at noon. Order lunch and drinks at the cafe counter or bring your own. You get real conversation with other local owners and a focused marketing lesson. You leave knowing people and with one to three actions to run that week. The room is reserved through 1:30 PM.
**Who this is for**
Any local business owner who wants clearer marketing direction and real local relationships. Service businesses, retail, home services, professional services, online owners building local presence, anyone serious about being part of the Columbus business community.

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
**The Behavior Gap: Where Products Win or Lose**
Teams today have more data than ever, and yet many still struggle to understand why customers adopt, engage with, or abandon their products. Teams sprint, ship faster, and chase more signals… all while metrics stall and confidence drops. The missing piece isn’t more data. It’s often the behavioral insight between the metrics, explaining why the numbers move in the first place. Dashboards can tell you what customers did, but understanding why they did it (and how to influence what they do next) requires a deeper blend of insights. This session is about closing that gap.
Drawing from real-world experience designing and scaling products as [ZoCo Design](https://zocodesign.com/)’s CEO, [Lacey](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) will share how to cut through the noise and identify the insights that actually change behavior—moving people, and moving metrics. You’ll learn:
* Why understanding customer behavior is a quant and qual challenge
* How to spot the signals that actually predict behavior change
* Where AI accelerates insight, and where it creates distraction
* How to get meaningfully closer to customers, without adding more tools
This talk reframes how to evaluate performance and identify what levers actually improve it, helping your team to make smarter bets with greater confidence. Every meaningful outcome is driven by behavior change. And when you know how to design for behavior, you stop guessing, and start building things that work.
**About Our Speaker**
[Lacey Picazo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) is the Founder and CEO of ZoCo, a healthcare product studio that turns complex, high-stakes ideas into products that drive real-world adoption. She partners with healthcare organizations to uncover critical care delivery insights, focus product strategy through behavior design, and build solutions that patients and providers actually use.
