This gathering is for women who wish to reconnect with their bodies, their pelvis, and their feminine energy through a grounded, embodied, and safe experience. During the session we will explore: * Sensual pelvic dance and guided movement * Gentle somatic practices * A women’s circle for integration and reflection The focus is not on technique or performance, but on inner listening, nervous system regulation, and authentic expression through the body. This is a space to release tension, awaken sensitivity, and re-inhabit the body as a safe and living place. No previous dance or movement experience is required.
