**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FREE EVENT. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED HERE TO ATTEND:** [Singles Party london – Puttshack, Bank (Ages 25-35) – Tuesday, 28th Apr 2026 | True Dating](https://truedating.co.uk/events/mini-golf-singles-party-28-apr-2026) **Always been curious about singles events but worried they might feel a bit awkward?** You’re not alone — and that’s exactly why this **mini golf singles party** exists. If sitting across a table for hours doesn’t sound like your idea of fun, but you still want to meet new people in a relaxed, natural way, this event is for you. We’ll start the evening in small groups of six as you make your way around a lively 9-hole mini golf course. It’s the perfect icebreaker — light-hearted, interactive, and just competitive enough to spark conversation (and maybe a little chemistry). Once everyone has completed the course, we’ll bring the whole group together so you can mix, mingle, and chat with everyone you haven’t already met. Our friendly host will be on hand throughout the night to make introductions, keep things flowing, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. After the event, you’ll be able to log into your True Dating account to select your matches. If there’s a mutual connection, you can message securely — and maybe even line up date number two. First time attending a singles event? No problem. Many of our guests are trying this for the first time, and the activity-led format makes it easy to relax and enjoy yourself. As always, we aim to keep an equal ratio of men and women to ensure a great experience for everyone. **Places are limited and our events regularly sell out, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.** *Stop swiping. Start dating.*

Discuss & Social 🍷 Is TV making us dumb?
Discuss & Social 🍷 Is TV making us dumb?
From *Love Island* to binge-watching endless series, to doomscrolling suggestive videos on *TikTok*, modern media often prioritises drama and banter over genuine talent. By turning attention-seeking actors into instant celebrities, are we moving away from valuing intellect and hard work? Let's discus about whether modern media rewards dumbness and if we are losing something in the pursuit of easy entertainment. We'll discuss.. 1\. Why do we value relatability and entertainment over talent and skill? Is it lowering our standards? 2\. Is this modern media negatively influencing our mind and our perceptions of life\, relationships and society? 3\. What's the role of media businesses and should they be responsible for how they reward and influence these behaviours? *Join us for a relaxed group conversation where we explore the real life, the grey areas, and how our different cultures and backgrounds shape our views about key topics.* *Expect real talk, no judgment, and a chance to learn how others see it.* **\*Come for the discussion, stay for the friendships. Our weekly discussion series brings together thoughtful people for honest conversations on relationships, life, and society - with warm social vibes before and after.\*** **WHAT TO EXPECT:** * Good vibes only: we chat big topics in a chill, respectful way. No arguing - just open-minded exchange. * We warm up with casual socializing (come solo or with friends!) * The topic starts around 7:45/8pm, wraps around 9:30. * 🍕 There's pizza, drinks, milkshakes and snacks available at the bar (incl plant-based options) * And most people stay until late for drinks and mingling! **DISCUSSION FORMAT:** **\- Our group conversations are open and flexible\! There is a very soft guided flow to ensure we focus on the key questions\, and to ensure that everyone gets a balanced opportunity to speak\.** \- We rotate groups intentionally during the discussion so everyone gets to meet a wider mix of people and perspectives\. \- After the structured part\, you’re free to mix and mingle with anyone\. **Here's a typical discussion structure, but we may adjust this depending on the turnout:** \- Introductions and initial thoughts *(\~5 mins).* \- Group breakouts per question *(\~20 mins x 3).* \- Final round of opinions *(\~10 mins)*. \- Mix and mingle\, make new friends\, get drinks etc *(\~until late)* **Rules & etiquette:** 1\. Debate the topic\, not the participants \- no personal attacks please\. 2\. No phones\, no interrupting\, no bystanding\. 3\. Always follow the moderator/host instructions and guidelines\. **WHAT IS WORLD CITIZENS?** We're one of London's longest-running and largest communities. Since 2012 we run socials, cultural activities and stimulating discussions to foster meaningful exchange and learning among London's global professionals. They are inspired by MUN (Model United Nations) and salon discussions and offer a more relaxed and social evening version. **LOCATION DETAILS** What: Discussion session followed by social/networking When: Tuesday, 7:30pm until late. Where: Curzon Aldgate (bar area), 2 Canter Way, E1 8PS Closest stations: Aldgate East, Aldgate, Tower Hill/Gateway Cost: Pay for your own meals or drinks Hosts: We have a rotating team and the actual host of each event varies. Our regular members can also help you out with basic matters. *NOTE: like most guests, our volunteer hosts join after work and may arrive after the start time. If you are punctual or earlier than our hosts, we highly appreciate this! Please feel free to start socializing already and/or get something to eat or drink - that’s the point of our events anyway! Our regular members can also help you out with any basic matters.* **\*Our other weekly events\*** \- Friday evening socials every week \- Saturday afternoon cafe in Chelsea \- Canary Wharf socials every other Wednesday \- Outdoor fun \(hiking\, kayaking\, etc\) every weekend \- Dining\, cultural and travel activities on\-demand **JOIN OUR TEAM!** We're all volunteers, so if you enjoy organizing activities or events in your spare time, while meeting great people every week, send a message to our team account "TP"! **DISCLAIMER** We are a 100% volunteer-run team. FULL - Silent Disco Party @ The Crypt | London 20s and 30s
FULL - Silent Disco Party @ The Crypt | London 20s and 30s
**To kick off the bank holiday in style, on Friday 1st May we’re bringing back one of our most popular nights… our Silent Disco Party!** Yep with a 3-day weekend to look forward to, we’ve decided to make the most of it - with a Friday night full of fun, music, and dancing. We’ll start the evening at a central London pub, giving you a chance to grab a drink and get to know some of the group before the night properly gets going 💃 Once we’re warmed up, we’ll head over to one of the hottest Silent Disco parties in London, set in an incredible underground crypt right in the heart of the city. If you’ve never been to a silent disco before, think of it as a club night with all the energy, dancing, and great music - just with a twist 🎧 Instead of one DJ playing to the whole room, everyone gets their own set of wireless headphones, with 3 different channels to choose from - so you’re in complete control of what you listen to (and how loud it is too!) Each channel is run by a live DJ, all competing for your attention - spinning everything from club anthems and pop classics to big party mixes designed to keep you on the dance floor. And the best part - while tickets for these nights can often cost £30+, we’ve secured an exclusive deal, **so this whole evening is just £8.95pp ❤️** These are always special nights - so dust off your dancing shoes and come join us for this! **\- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \-** **WHERE/WHEN** Starting Pub - Silver Cross, 33 Whitehall, London SW1A 2BX ([https://maps.app.goo.gl/NXdTqdT8NwRERdXz7](https://maps.app.goo.gl/NXdTqdT8NwRERdXz7)) Closest Tube stations: Charing Cross (5 min walk), Waterloo (15 min walk), Piccadilly Circus (15 min walk) Start Time - 6:45pm Finish time: 11:00PM **\- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \-** **JOIN THE COMMUNITY** Set up in November 2021, the project was set up to help 20s and 30s in London meet, connect and hopefully build life-long friendships. To help make this happen, we also host all kinds of events from free social walks, games evenings, day trips, social events, activity nights to picnics. YES , OUR FAMOUS SUMMER BOAT PARTIES ARE BACK ! STARTING ON SATURDAY 2ND MAY and continuing every 2 weeks on a Saturday night throughout the summer . **No age restrictions : everyone is welcome . Come and meet other singles , mingle , make new friends and enjoy the buzz !** The Tattershall Castle is a permanently moored boat on the Thames at Embankment . It is also a floating nightclub and one of our favourite Saturday night venues . Summer nights aboard the Tattershall are absolutely sublime - there is simply nowhere else in London quite like it . I have a table reserved on deck (usually this is the first table on your right as you walk down the ramp onto the boat , but if you can't find me please ask a member of staff .) . This will be our base whilst we are chatting , having a drink , dancing on deck , til 11pm , then we move down to the clubroom , where I have reserved another table for us . \*\* Event Fee : £7 for 1 person £10 for 2 Buy your ticket online from : https://fatso.ma/3vuM You are also free to use the bar/ward room below deck . This is a nice cosy refuge if it's chilly on deck and the windows provide an amazing view of all the coloured lights which illuminate the famous icons on the opposite side of the river (London Eye , City Hall , Southbank Centre , etc). PLEASE NOTE that this event begins at 8 pm - **arrive before** **9 pm to avoid paying an entrance fee directly to the venue** , as well as to me . THE BOAT MAY START CHARGING AFTER 9 PM . Tribalheart Ecstatic Dance
Tribalheart Ecstatic Dance
DANCING EVERY 1ST AND 3RD SATURDAY NIGHTS <3 Tribalheart Ecstatic dance creates space for free-form movement in a chat free zone where you can dive deeply into the heart, reconnecting, expressing, dancing in and out, up and down, learning to let go of anything and everything that holds you back from yourSelf and inner freedom. Let the energy move you, let the spirit of the heart guide you. There is space to dance alone and no pressure to connect with anyone else, just be yourself and honour what you need in the moment. This night is an inspiration and fusion of club culture, dancing yoga, active meditation, cardio fitness, Ecstatic trance dance (blindfolds available) and a sacred Nataraj. If you choose to connect, it is a chance to meet others without words from a place of movement, meditation, energy and soul; eyes and heart wide open. ### We will start the evening with a welcoming warmup to relax the body and mind. Together we will set an intention for the evening inviting the heart to open and awaken within us thus creating sacred space for all. For those that wish to partake, we will enjoy and deepen our intention with a short Cacao ceremony. (The cacao is used to take us deeper into our body, awakening our senses, connecting us to heart energy and aiding a spring in our step) We also embark on some dynamic breathwork to fire us up for the evening. \- Please leave at least 2 hours after eating a heavy meal if drinking cacao\. -Please do not drink alcohol before the event as it is contraindicated with some of the breathwork techniques we practice We inject passion into sourcing the music for our events and aim to deliver an eclectic mix of genres for your heart. From tribal to electronic and everything in between we aim to assist a natural flow peaking and resting to mirror the rhythm and energy of life. Prepare to shake, spin, whirl and twirl. The music becomes the facilitator during the wild ecstatic dance ending with moments of stillness into silence where we can rest and breathe together Each DJ has their own sound and energy to be shared, making each night unique and different... 4/4/2026-DJ TARA 18/4/2026-DJ ATMO Admission **New Venue**-Doors open from 630pm and we start at 7pm.
