**Burnout prevention and recovery** can be supported by stories that slow us down, help us feel less alone, and gently reconnect us to our shared humanity. Come and join us for an evening of Buddhist meditation with like-minded people. The doors open at 7:00 PM, and meditation begins promptly at 7:15 PM. The meditation will last between 30 to 40 minutes, followed by tea and biscuits for anyone who would like to stay and chat.
