A collage artist will guide the group through a meditative cut-and-paste flow where you’ll create a visual piece rooted in seasonal themes like winter coziness, Copenhagen memories, or dream landscapes. Whether you come with friends or on your own, this cozy and creative evening will leave you inspired, relaxed, and ready for winter. I have through deep learning in the field of eyesight gained knowledge about how our eyes work internally and how one can improve ones vision, through practical yet focused and specific eyesight exercises. In this event we will first go through the basics of the eyesight functions to later talk about very useful exercises which you can use to gradually improve eyesight. The event is open to everyone and not only for people with specific medical condition. Its also completely free of charge. You will take home very detailed exercises that can help you make your eyesight better, more comfortable to use and notice all the important signs of correct use of the eyes which will ensure sharp and joyfully eyesight experience. It starts from proper relaxation that we forgot subconsciously how to do through our long commitments we have that falls on the eyes.
