Transformational Healing Mushroom Medicine Ceremony
Transformational Healing Mushroom Medicine Ceremony
**Transformational Healing Mushroom Medicine Ceremony** **"Galactic Golden Healing Light"** ***June 6th, 2026*** *Let your past unwind in the present, releasing shame and cultivating courage as you learn to deeply love yourself for who you are & who you have become.* *Remember the Creative Being You Are & The Power You Hold to Live Life Anew in Every Moment* *This ceremony will be held at the beautiful 'Soul Sanctuary'* *studio in Leslieville, Toronto* **Hosted by Chris Dub & Marda Sperber** \~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~ **Join us, dear Soul.** This ceremony will support you to nurture and strengthen the new pathways you are choosing to take mentally, physically and spiritually to ensure you are a living a life that feels in rhythm with your body and soul. Receive the support you need to let go of the pain, hurt, sense of unworthiness & not enoughness, as well as the struggle we can all feel victim to at times. Immerse yourself into a space of love, forgiveness, and compassion, unlearning the ways you've been taught to judge your *very* human emotions and thoughts. ***You deserve to feel the love and support that's all around you, so you can bring forward the gifts and purpose you came here to share.*** The mind can be sticky, but when you experience genuine love it clarifies any confusion of who you truly are. ***This ceremony is an opportunity for just that: to open up to the authentic love that is innate within you, which opens up your heart, and helps you gain control of the mind.*** **Energies that could potentially arise in ceremony** **Shamanic medicine ceremonies may open access to a wide range of emotional, somatic, energetic, and spiritual experiences. Each journey is unique, and all expressions are welcomed within a container of safety, consent, and compassionate presence.** \*\*Energies that may arise:\*\* * Emotional release such as grief, joy, anger, relief, or deep peace * Memories or imprints from early life, ancestral lineages, or collective experiences * Somatic sensations including trembling, heat, cold, expansion, or energy moving through the body * Kundalini life-force activation, energetic attunements, and realignmentEncounters with inner archetypes, sacred geometry, spirit guides, animal allies, or symbolic imagery * Awareness of repetitive patterns or subconscious conditioning * Messages from past loved ones or benevolent guiding energies * States of expanded awareness, unity, stillness, or heightened intuition * Heart opening, deep surrender, electromagnetic field expansion, and embodied presence ***All energies arise only as each participant is ready to meet them and are supported within a regulated, grounded, and loving field.*** **Truly forgive yourself, learning to love the darker aspects that are rising to be seen and witnessed.** Cultivate a deeper love for the past versions of you, as well as others who have negatively impacted you. Gratitude is the open door to freedom, and ***when you recognize the gifts of the lessons life has given you - it becomes easier to let go of the anger, resentment, and regret***. As you unravel what has been tight within you, there is a natural alchemy that takes place within the body. Energy blocks and stagnation are unfurled, allowing you to open to more love, and the flow of vital life force energy. ***You will feel a loving space to heal and process through old traumas, ancestral karma, and become more astutely aware of ego identification, leading to more freedom, peace, and simplicity.*** **Release negative thought patterns, rewiring your nervous system for peace, harmony, and balance.** Be held in safe space so you can look at the negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that hold you back from feeling your freest, clearest, most alive and fully expressed self. Regulate your system through the awareness of breath, body (all levels - mental, emotional, physical & energetic), your 5 senses, and extrasensory perceptions. ***As you re-balance and re-align your system you will be able to see your internal experience more clearly, and also recognize why other people are the way they are, allowing you to have more compassion and forgiveness both for others and yourself.*** The more ***aware*** you are, the better ***regulated*** you are, and from that space you can become the master of your domain. You deserve the space and time to simply be, rest, rejuvenate, and feel the aliveness of living life moment by moment for YOU! **You are fully supported throughout the entire journey.** This ceremony includes the optional combination of pure MDMA along with the psilocybin mushrooms. We have found these medicines work very synergistically together, and offer an amplified level of heart opening. The pure MDMA is optional, and the dosing for both medicines will be based upon your intentions, disposition, prior experience, and current state at the time of the ceremony. After this ceremony you will feel more love for yourself and others, with a heightened sense of courage, strength, and integrity. ***You will want to make better choices, and also have the self-awareness needed to stay accountable to yourself.*** This level of love and clarity will emanate out to reach and impact all those closest to you. **This is an invitation to open up your heart, and love and forgive yourself through unconditional acceptance. To awaken to your divinity and beauty, and access your greatest gifts of self-healing and conscious creatorship.** **\~ Ceremony Preparation & Integration \~** Prior to the ceremony you will receive an in-depth **plant medicine workbook** to help you prepare, questions to ask yourself and a recommended diet to support your experience. The two guided psilocybin ceremonies that I took part in have been transformative. I feel like I've moved forward in a huge, miraculous leap and am now able to enjoy my days with far more resilience and joy. I now wake up without the anxiety in the pit of my stomach, without the feeling of gloom at another day. I have a deep sense that I'm ok and can face life's challenges and this toxic world with renewed strength. These ceremonies have lead to shedding of the brittle mental ruts that constrained my ability to thrive and have given me a far deeper feeling of connection to the people I love and the natural world around me. I have used psilocybin a few times in the past — but without guides. Jen and Chris Dub quickly establish a deep foundation of trust. They are gifted, compassionate, creative healers — and consummate musicians as well, creating magical soundscapes and offering deeply informed mystical guidance that has led me to a spiritual awareness that I never had before." **G.L. \~ October & November 2025 + January 2026** Private Medicine Ceremony Opportunities Experience a Private Mushroom, 5-MeO DMT, MDMA or LSD Ceremony with Chris and experience the visceral healing of trauma, clearing of stagnant energies, deep connection with your soul, infusion of creativity, vitality and lust for life. 🌊🌿 SCARBOROUGH BLUFFS HIKE & GUILD PARK GARDENS 🌿🌊
🌊🌿 SCARBOROUGH BLUFFS HIKE & GUILD PARK GARDENS 🌿🌊 Cliffside Views, Hidden Gardens & One of Toronto’s Most Beautiful Walks Some parts of Toronto don’t even feel like Toronto. Join us for a scenic hike through the breathtaking Scarborough Bluffs and the artistic beauty of Guild Park and Gardens — a walk that combines nature, history, lake views, and some surprisingly hidden corners of the city. We’ll begin at Guild Park & Gardens, a unique outdoor space filled with historic architectural fragments, sculptures, gardens, and quiet pathways. Once home to artists, creatives, and cultural figures, the park feels almost dreamlike — part gallery, part ruin, part hidden garden. From there, we’ll make our way toward the Scarborough Bluffs and the waterfront trails below. Stretching roughly 15 km along Lake Ontario, the Bluffs are one of Toronto’s most dramatic natural features — towering cliffs formed over 12,000 years ago through erosion and shifting sediment. And honestly? Some of the lake views feel more like cottage country than the city. This is not a formal historical tour. It’s a social hike with beautiful scenery, fresh air, and good conversation. 📲 **Join Our WhatsApp Group:**[ Click here to join](https://chat.whatsapp.com/DRFTkxRlHS4B3IL1lMleUd) \*\*\* 🚶‍♂️ What We’ll Do We’ll start by exploring Guild Park & Gardens before making our way along the trails toward the waterfront below the Bluffs. It’s also a different & cool way of meeting new people by getting a bit out of your comfort zone and skipping the small talk! Join us for **games**, **talks**, and **connections** with **friends you haven’t met yet**. Join if you get annoyed after being asked what you do, where you are from, and how long you've been in Toronto every single time you meet someone. If you feel that there are better questions in life, this is the place for you. 🙌 **📓 HOW DOES IT WORK?** We start with a short & sweet intro talk followed by a few light-hearted group games to warm up. After that, we split you up into small groups and start with the conversation rounds (with 3-4 people). We'll have awesome question cards that will guide the flow of the conversation. You'll be guided by an experienced host (Sophie, you'll love her!) who'll make sure everything goes smoothly. 🍭 **🕹 HOW TO JOIN?** **[Take 1 minute to sign up 👈](https://luma.com/ftst2toronto)** Viewing this on your phone and can't click the link? Thank you for all.” - *Sonya* 🗣 “F\*ck the Small Talk changes the narrative from "Where are you from?" to "When was the last time you laughed uncontrollably?" and I think that's beautiful.” - Monika 🗣 "It’s a **wonderful** **experience**, it’s like being a kid again, when you were at the park, playing with other kids, and just decided you were going to be best friends for the next hours. Maybe you’ll never see those kids again. But that hour was amazing because you both opened up and trusted each other." - Sara **[Read our 130+ Google reviews here 👈](https://goo.gl/maps/TpZy77bfPFkGoikn7)** **🤓 FAQ** **• Can I come alone?** Of course, we encourage it :) **• Can I be late?** Please don't! Late arrivals will disrupt the floooooooow. **• I signed up but never got an invite. Why?** We usually get a high volume of sign-ups yet we like to keep it cozy & only invite around 30 people. Please try again next time if you do not receive an invite - no hard feelings 💛 **• Why do you charge?** We value our time and put a lot of love, planning, and effort into creating & designing these experiences. ♥️ This is our project/business and what we give to the world and we think everything should be a fair exchange! 🎈 However, money should never be the reason for people not to attend. If you can’t afford it send us a message! **• Is this a networking or dating event?** Nope! Think of us as the *anti-networking* and *anti-speed dating* event. There’s no pressure, no pitches, and no cringy icebreakers. Instead, we create spaces where strangers can connect through fun & meaningful conversations. It’s all about authentic connection—no business cards or romantic expectations required. (doesn’t mean it *can’t* happen—it’s just not the intention!) 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨, 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙. ✨ \* Location is only revealed to ticket holders! 🙅‍♀️📱This event is a no-phone experience. 🙅‍♀️📱 We started in Berlin back in 2019 out of the frustration of being asked 'Where are you from?' multiple times at every single meetup! Now there are chapters in 11 cities including Medellin, Lisbon, Buenos Aires, Zurich, and London! 🗺️ \*\*\* Follow us on[ Instagram ](https://www.instagram.com/epic.llama/)👈 Our [website](https://epicllama.com/fuckthesmalltalk)[ ](https://epicllama.com/)👈

Bad Girls Book Club June 2026
Bad Girls Book Club June 2026
**Our June novel is: *The Eights* by Joanna Miller** **This month’s novel is set during World War I. It’s a 20th-century historical fiction story about friendship and war, with coming-of-age elements and a slightly haunted tone. The book is 384 pages in print and 10 hours and 9 minutes on audiobook.** Oxford, 1920. For the first time in its one-thousand-year history, Oxford University officially admits female students. Burning with dreams of equality, four young women move into neighboring rooms in Corridor 8. Beatrice, Dora, Marianne, and Otto—collectively known as The Eights—come from all walks of life, each driven by their own motives, each holding tight to their secrets, and are thrown into an unlikely, unshakable friendship. Dora was never meant to go to university, but, after losing both her brother and her fiancé on the battlefield, has arrived in their place. Politically-minded Beatrice, daughter of a famous suffragette, sees Oxford as a chance to make her own way - and some friends her own age. Otto was a nurse during the war but is excited to return to her socialite lifestyle in Oxford where she hopes to find distraction from the memories that haunt her. And finally Marianne, the quiet, clever daughter of a village pastor, who has a shocking secret she must hide from everyone, even her new friends, if she is to succeed. Among the historic spires, and in the long shadow of the Great War, the four women must navigate and support one another in a turbulent world in which misogyny is rife, influenza is still a threat, and the ghosts of the Great War don’t always remain dead.
