**Want to do something useful with your exercise? GoodGym is no ordinary gym. We're a group of people who get fit by doing good - helping out local charities and community groups with physical jobs like shifting compost and planting trees.**
**๐ We meet at** **Westbury Community Garden, St Awdry's Road, Barking, IG11 7QD** **at 6:15pm.**
**๐โโ๏ธ At 6:30pm we'll run, walk or cycle to do a 30-40 minute task.**

Not sure you'll keep up? GoodGym is for everyone (18+). Whether you've never run before, or are chasing a marathon PB, you are 100% welcome. We always have a back-marker so no one gets left behind.
70% of GoodGym members start as non-runners so if you're new to this kind of thing you will be supported by people who are all on the same journey. ๐
What do I need to wear? Most of us wear gym/running gear. Make sure you're prepared for the weather.
Don't feel like you're fit enough? Our tasks are simple and fun. There are easy jobs as well as more challenging things for those who want a workout! The choice is always yours.
Do I need to bring anything? Gardening gloves are really useful for a lot of GoodGym tasks. And a head torch too if itโs likely to get dark. Please bring some if you can but thereโs no requirement ๐งค๐ก๐งค
What is GoodGym? We're a (really lovely) group of people who use our energy to make a difference in our local community (and in communities across the UK!). Sisterhood Support Group
Join us for a safe space to connect, share, and uplift each other in our monthly Sisterhood Support Group!
SASH and Naz have relaunched our Sisterhood Support Group. This group is specifically aimed at Black women & non-binary folk. Through our organisations' active engagement with community groups, services and service users, we have encountered numerous sexual and reproductive health issues faced disproportionately by Black women & NB folk. The lack of available support, sex education disparities, cultural barriers and desire for community connections all point to the clear need for this support group.
The Sisterhood Support group was created in response to the lack of supportive, non-judgemental and intersectional safe spaces for community members to come together, improve sexual health knowledge, de-stress and address concerns in a culturally sensitive environment.
The group will utilise crafting activities to allow attendees to tap into their creativity and freely express themselves. This will be held monthly on every second Thursday at the Naz office from 6-8 pm. The sessions will have varying themes, crafts and activities as well as the opportunity to connect and uplift.

Welcome to the cosy town of Ravenswood Bluff, and join us in a game of trust and treachery as we play Blood on the Clocktower.
Blood on the Clocktower is a Social deduction game based on games like Werewolf and Mafia, where the townsfolk and outsiders of the good team have to find and execute the demon and minions of the bad team. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Formerly known as our Vegan Pop-Up, this new chapter reflects what the event has always been โ a space rooted in nature, community, and intentional living. Expect around 20 local vendors offering seasonal vegan eats, small-batch bakes, handcrafted goods, and earth-conscious products.
