In this weekly group experience we use **somatic release — sound and physical movement — together with subconscious work and guided visualization** to discharge what's stored in the body, and transmute it into clarity, confidence and power. Welcome to the **Task-Buddies** event of the **Zürich Productivity Circle**, where we bring together like-minded individuals to work on personal goals and share the experience of growth in a supportive community.
