We shall brisk walk from Garden By The Bay towards East Coast Park. When we are near the last stretch towards the Jurassic Park, we shall practice IWT for 30 mins and end at Changi Airport.

U12 Competitive Water Polo Group Training (Ages 10-12, Advanced)
**For ages 10 to 12.**
Thse classes are for competitive athletes aiming for the national youth team, Direct School Admission (DSA) or to simply keep fit and enjoy the sport.
Starting at ages 9 or earlier, players then progress through U10 to U16 categories representing our club in local and overseas competitions.

Kintsugi Pottery Mending Workshop
Join us in an experiential healing Kintsugi workshop in a calm serene setting acccompanied by soothing meditative music and scents.
Kintsugi is Japanese ancient art of mending broken pottery. It essentially teaches us to appreciate and celebrate the broken pottery’s flaws and cracks. During the 2 hour session, you will learn all about the origins and history of Kintsugi, types of Kintsugi, how Kintsugi teaches us sustainability and very importantly how Kintsugi is a healing art.
Please bring along any broken ceramics if you hv. If you do not have any, it’s alright as we have plenty of ceramics to choose from in the studio.
Free flow of Japanese Green Tea is also provided during the session.
