**Give your poker face a rest!** We’re taking a break from the social deduction and "Liar" games today. Instead of betrayal and accusations, we’re focusing on trading, building, and the eternal quest for brick. Join us for a casual afternoon of **Settlers of Catan or a wild, mean Farms Race**. No lies, just hexes! **IMPORTANT**It's relaxed playing, nothing for ambitious gamers or people who take it too serious.

We are starting a series of track sessions with Ruth and Victoria as a part of training for the upcoming Oberelbe race in Dresden. Starting from March, 4, we’ll gather at the Track of Volkspark Rehberge at 18:30 for a group training. Let's run! Our run takes about 1 hour depending on the route and group. Feel free to meet us along the way, just drop something in the comments and we'll wait for you. Our pace is typically 5:30 to 6:00 min/km. We use a variation of this [Route](https://www.komoot.com/tour/2732798543?ref=aso&share_token=aXVmX5lCo50qTJ7FreHN8b1RnApJMafPX4xUG5rXW49cso0BL8maybe) that allows for people to drop out at 5k when we pass the starting point again. Even if nobody signs up here there will usually be regulars at the start, just drop by! Please try to arrive on time! Message me if you want to join the Whatsapp group for coordinating. We do NOT have a place to store your bag(s)/clothes.

Der Sprachklub bietet einen Raum, um Russisch in entspannter und freundlicher Atmosphäre zu sprechen. Die Treffen ermöglichen nicht nur, vorhandene Kenntnisse zu festigen, sondern auch den Wortschatz durch lebendige Gespräche und spannende Themen zu erweitern. Hier hat jeder die Möglichkeit, neue interessante Menschen kennenzulernen, eigene Erfahrungen zu teilen, und mehr über die russische Kultur zu erfahren. Am 18. April findet im Russischen Haus eine Bildungsaktion statt, die alle Freunde der russischen Sprache zusammenbringt – die "Russische Schreibkundigkeit für alle" sowie der Quest TruD für diejenigen, die Russisch als Fremdsprache lernen. Das Diktat widmet sich Alexander Puschkin, und sein literarisches Werk bildet zugleich das Thema des Treffens des Sprachklubs. Die Teilnehmer werden die Prosawerke Puschkins kennenlernen, die nicht weniger interessant sind als seine Gedichte. Die Gäste des Abends erwarten Aufgaben zu den spannenden Handlungen von „Die Geschichten des verstorbenen Iwan Petrowitsch Belkin“ und „Die Hauptmannstochter“. Die Aufgaben sind so gestaltet, dass sie für diejenigen, die Puschkins Prosa zum ersten Mal kennenlernen, besonders interessant sein werden. Die Teilnehmer werden die Handlungen und die Charaktere der Helden diskutieren und ihre Eindrücke von den Geschichten austauschen, die auch heute noch aktuell sind. Der Abend wird nicht nur lehrreich sein, sondern auch dazu anregen, sich intensiver mit dem Werk des von allen geliebten Schriftstellers und Dichters auseinanderzusetzen, und die Teilnehmer motivieren, an der Bildungsaktion "Russische Schreibkundigkeit für alle" teilzunehmen.

The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :) We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German. The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
