Breathwork & Journey into Feminine Embodiment 3 h
Dear Members, I warmly invite you to tomorrow’s small and intimate gathering. 📍 Köpenicker Str. 40, 10179 Berlin 🕒 3:00 PM This session combines gentle breathwork with a guided feminine embodiment practice in a safe and respectful space for women. We will explore slow, conscious breathing and simple, self-guided touch over clothing in the heart, chest and lower belly area. The focus is body awareness, presence and reconnection with yourself. There is no partner work. Each woman remains in her own space throughout the session. All touch is self-guided and completely optional. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. This is a beginner-friendly practice. No prior experience with breathwork or embodiment work is required. The intention of this evening is not intensity, but reconnection. Not performance, but awareness. Not activation, but gentle integration. You are invited to: • Slow down • Feel your body from within • Explore the connection between your chest and lower belly • Meet yourself with kindness and curiosity Come as you are. We will move slowly, respectfully and with care. ### Contraindications This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions: * pregnancy * epilepsy or history of seizures * severe cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure not medically controlled * recent surgery or acute physical injury * glaucoma or detached retina * severe asthma * antidrepressiva * diagnosed psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe psychiatric conditions If you are unsure whether this practice is appropriate for you, please **consult your healthcare provider** or contact the facilitator in advance. **No prior experience is required.** Beginners are welcome. Evening of Meditation - The key to experiencing interconnectedness with nature
Evening of Meditation - The key to experiencing interconnectedness with nature
We are inviting you to our next Evening of Meditation on **Sunday, the 5th of April**. These gatherings are not just about meditating on your own, but a step inward that we take together regarding a particular topic. This time we explore **The key to experiencing our interconnectedness with nature**. Most of us live in cities, spending our days in front of screens or in closed environments, and only occasionally take a walk in a park or go on a hike. Our experience of nature is often limited to a little time off to "recharge our batteries," when in fact, a deeper connection with nature can open up so much more within us. Let’s discover The key to experiencing our interconnectedness with nature. 📍Where: [Yoga Sky](https://maps.app.goo.gl/kBxUvZrqo5yzRNe88?g_st=ipc), Am Tempelhofer Berg 7d, 10965 Berlin Follow the Yoga Sky signs in the yard, and take the elevator to the top floor. 🗓 When: Sunday, 5th of April, 19:00 - 20:30 Please arrive 5-10 min earlier to settle down. 🎟️ Entry: €5, just to pay for the space (in cash or PayPal) For more info go to: [https://onenessberlin.com/](https://onenessberlin.com/) You’re welcome, no matter your background or experience. This is what has worked for us over many years and we love to share it with you. Looking forward to see you, Oneness Berlin Florian, Jazgul & Carla

Easter Sunday Worship
Easter Sunday Worship
Come celebrate Easter Sunday — the heart of the Christian year and the joyful proclamation that Christ is risen. We gather in festival worship with traditional liturgy, triumphant hymns, proclamation of the resurrection, and Holy Communion. Easter is not only a day of celebration, but the great turning point of the Christian story: light breaking into darkness, life overcoming death, hope rising where despair once stood. ### Why Easter Matters Easter proclaims the central confession of the Christian faith: **Jesus Christ is risen from the dead.** This is not only a memory of something long ago. It is the promise that God is still at work in the world — bringing life where there is death, healing where there is brokenness, and hope where there is fear. Easter declares that no darkness has the final word. ### A Festival of Resurrection Our Easter service follows the historic shape of Christian worship: * Scripture readings that tell the story of resurrection * Proclamation of the good news * Prayers of thanksgiving and hope * Joyful hymnody * Holy Communion — the feast of the risen Christ At the table, we are invited to share in Christ’s victory and to receive again the promise of new life. ### Holy Communion All who seek Christ are welcome at the table. You do not need to be a member of the church. If you are baptized in any Christian tradition, you are invited to receive Communion. If you would like a blessing instead, simply come forward with your arms crossed. *** Come and hear the greatest story ever told. Come and sing with joy. Come and taste the feast of resurrection. **Christ is risen!** **He is risen indeed!** All are welcome! We mean it... ALL!
Curatorial Tour – Instinct#20
Curatorial Tour – Instinct#20
**Curatorial Tour – Instinct#20** for **LGBTQIA+** Free event **Group exhibition** During this **curatorial tour**, we will guide you through artworks that engage with conflict as a generative force and explore “Radical Empathy” as an active, transformative practice. Together, we will consider how empathy can be learned, challenged, and reimagined through queer artistic perspectives. The tour will examine how artists create spaces that embrace difference, resist dominant narratives, and invite us to remain open to discomfort, connection, and change. Moving beyond passive understanding, these works propose empathy as a relational encounter—one that has the potential to reshape how we live with and through conflict. **instinct #20** __ viewing 02.–12. **For registration for this class see: [https://www.kang-center.de/taekwondo-berlin/#taekwondo-kurse-berlin](https://www.kang-center.de/taekwondo-berlin/#taekwondo-kurse-berlin)** We are an international group (speaking English, German and Korean), enthusiastic and ambitious learning the art of traditional Taekwon-Do, meaning full perfection and power but no contact. Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals. Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun! Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear. See you in Class!
Church on Sunday (Worship in English)
Church on Sunday (Worship in English)
**Join Us for Sunday Worship at the American Church in Berlin!** The American Church in Berlin (ACB) is an **ecumenical Protestant congregation** where people from *many* Christian traditions worship together—Lutheran, Reformed/Presbyterian, Anglican/Episcopal, Methodist, Baptist, non-denominational, Roman Catholic, and even a few Eastern Orthodox members. Wherever you come from, you’ll find a place where you can feel at home. Our worship is **traditional and liturgical**, rooted in the rich patterns of the Christian church and easy for both Protestants and Roman Catholics to enjoy. We celebrate **Holy Communion every Sunday and every festival day**, and all baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord’s Table. ACB is an **extraordinarily diverse congregation**, with members from around the world. On any given Sunday you’ll find long-time Berlin residents, young adults, teenagers who attend on their own, families with children, seniors, and many visitors and tourists passing through the city. Our community is known for its **warm and friendly fellowship**—it’s one of the things people talk about most after visiting. Some folks dress formally and others show up in jeans and sneakers; we sit side by side without judgment. **Come exactly as you are.** Most importantly: **our welcome is for everybody—EVERYBODY.** If you’re looking for a church home, a place to pray, just looking to connect, or simply a peaceful hour of worship during your travels, you’re invited. We’d love to welcome you this Sunday! [ACB website](www.americanchurchberlin.de)

Silent Reading Club
Silent Reading Club
Ditch the old book club, where everyone has to read the same book...this is better! It works like this: Bring your own book. Come chat, have some tea or coffee, get to know your neighbors. Then we quietly read together, side by side, for about one hour, each one reading their own book, and afterwards we talk with each other about what we are reading. The usual agenda: - Arrival and introduction (~20 minutes) - Silent reading (~1 hour) - Discussion (~30-40 minutes) - Join us for a bite at a local restaurant afterwards, if you like! You may read in any language, you may read any book. We are a group of international residents of Berlin from many different countries, of all ages, and we converse in English. We welcome you! No registration needed – the event is donation based. All funds support the Offenes Wohnzimmer.

Humanist Program
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid.
