Hi Everyone :) we will be hosting a weekly Open Heart Meditation Meetup every Thursday at 7 pm. The session will be 45minutes to 1 hour long and is suitable for everyone wether you have tried meditation before or not. Its a simple and effective way of relieving stress and becoming calmer and happier in your life.
