There is a difference between releasing code and releasing code effectively and efficiently. That difference is having an efficient process
- a repeatable way to produce consistent results over and over again.
In this webinar, Nelly Yusupova, a CTO with 18 years of experience, a startup tech advisor, and the founder of TechSpeak for Entrepreneurs, will share the process she uses to manage teams and projects to deliver projects on time and on budget.
You will learn:
1) The lean way vs. traditional way of building products
2) Two money saving things you should do before you build anything
3) How to define your MVP properly to reduce the cost and time of development
4) How to see the red flags sooner and minimize mistakes
and more!
Please come with your questions and scenarios.

Developing a workout game with VisionKit / SpriteKit
My iOS journey as a 10yrs Android developer
by Bastian Raschke
Bastian actually started his professional Android developer career owning an iPhone 5. The beauty and aesthetics of the iPhone hardware and iOS software were always superior to the Android world for him. Now, after working for more than 10 years as an Android developer, he finally bought an iPhone once again and decided to start with iOS development.
Having the goal in mind to learn a new language, new frameworks, and design skills, he eventually crafted a plank workout app called "Planki" that is essentially a game that makes the tough exercise feel way easier. The technical foundation is a fully native Swift app with SwiftUI, VisionKit and SpriteKit.
The talk will elaborate on the development journey from a fresh Android developer's perspective. Also, what it feels like to develop a game the first time after working 10 years on regular corporate apps.

Hybrid MI Python: Bridging conda and PyPI Ecosystems
**Talk Description**
If you've ever wondered why pip install numpy and conda install numpy aren't the same thing, you've bumped into one of Python packaging's oldest fault lines. Conda and PyPI evolved to solve different problems, one for compiled scientific libraries, one for pure-Python code, and the gap between them has caused headaches ever since. We'll look at why the split happened, what's fundamentally different under the hood, and how the two ecosystems are starting to come together.
**Agenda:**
7:00pm - Opening announcements
7:10pm - Bridging conda and PyPI ecosystems
7:50pm - Q&A
