London. Building What Matters👩💻 Products, Culture & Growth in the Age of AI
**IMPORTANT!** Please register on [Luma page](https://luma.com/grfvqoo5?tk=MBRXGP)
This is a Saturday gathering in London for middle+ professionals in tech and creative industries — people who are already building products, teams, and ideas👩🏻💻
We’re meeting at a cafe at 11:00, grabbing coffee and easing into conversations without pressure.
We’ll start with a light icebreaker (yes, maybe bingo, but done right) to skip the awkward small talk and get to real conversations faster.
Then the core question:
What actually matters to build today, when AI is reshaping everything?
No polished answers. Just honest perspectives, thoughtful discussions, and people who care about what they’re building.
**Who it’s for:**
— product managers, designers, marketers, founders, engineers, everyone is welcome
— those who value clear thinking over quick wins
— anyone navigating AI in their work
**Agenda:**
11:00–11:15 — Meet & grab coffee
11:15–11:30 — Themed bingo
11:30–13:00 — Networking & conversations
Come for the coffee, stay for what actually matters🙂↕️
🌲 Korean & Japanese Culture woodland hike 🌸
Together, we’ll explore Stanmore Country Park, embracing Shinrin-yoku (森林浴), the Japanese idea of 'forest bathing' to de-stress and reconnect with nature. 🌿
Feel free to practice speaking Korean or Japanese as we walk.
Enjoy seasonal bluebells and stunning views across London.
**Schedule & Meeting Point**
🌸2:30 PM: We'll meet at Caffé Nero, Stanmore (8 min walk from Stanmore Station).
Feel free to get a drink, we'll wait until 3PM for everyone to arrive.
🌸3:00 PM: We'll start walking towards, then into the woods, where we'll pass streams and bluebells along the way. Keep an eye out for wild deer. 🦌
We'll stop at a panoramic view point, and rest for a while before continuing.
Afterwards we'll return to Stanmore station, where you can either leave, or join the rest of us for a bus ride to Bang Bang Oriental Food Court in Colindale, we'll enjoy some great food, then go to a nearby pub.
🥾 Hike Difficulty: Moderate
*Expect hilly areas and uneven paths, not a flat paved walk.
- Depending on recent weather, some paths may be a bit muddy - please wear appropriate footwear.
🏵 Final note:
Stanmore is at the end of the Jubilee Line, I know it's far for some people. I hope you'll join us for this unique event, and connect with nature.
This event is for those with a genuine interest in Korean and Japanese culture.

#### **Your Host \| Founder of MYNDtopia**
**Sadiq Hussain (@coachsadiq)** is an experienced Performance Coach & Trainer, TEDx Speaker, Retreat Host and Purpose-Driven Community Builder. An expert in mental fitness and high-performance, Sadiq has transformed from a shy soul into a charismatic servant leader. His mission is to touch 33 million hearts, inspiring others to find their purpose through the philosophy of **Conscious Human Ascensions.**
**Hey Legends! :)**
Are you tired of fitness and exercise being just about burning calories, diets, boring workout or tough weight training sessions? Are you looking for a movement practice that feels as good for your brain as it does for your body..?
Our Founder, Sadiq knows exactly how that feels, as he's been on a creative, fun and explorational movement journey for over 9 yrs now. He started with bodyweight training, then moving into calisthentics and animal flow primal moves over the years of his practice.
In a world of static gym machines and digital distraction, the ultimate competitive advantage is **Mobility + Mindful Presence.**
Join ***MYNDtopia*** for a primal immersion designed for founders, high-performers and conscious souls who want to bridge the gap between physical peak performance and spiritual evolution.
This isn’t just a "workout" session. It’s a **Conscious Infrastructure** for your body. We are gathering a curated tribe to explore the intersection of ground-based movement and the science of human optimisation and peak, high performance.
#### **The Experience**
**Primal flow state \~** We begin with a mindful warmup, followed by an **Animal Flow** session \~ a bodyweight movement system designed to improve mobility, strength and neuromuscular communication. No equipment, just your own biology
**The ascension talk \~** A deep-dive discussion on **Physical Health & Human Optimisation.** We move beyond "getting fit" and explore how to use your body as a vessel for higher consciousness
**Community open forum \~** This is a safe space for "Deep-Soul Masterminding." Share your health challenges, ask questions and offer insights. No small talk \~ just real solutions for real growth
**High-vibration networking \~** Connect with others who value longevity, biohacking, and intentional living. Build relationships based on shared values, not just job titles
####
#### **Who Is This For?**
**Founders & Leaders \~** who need to de-stress their nervous systems and regain mobility lost to "desk culture"
**Longevity Lovers** \~ those looking to upgrade their physical "hardware" through mindful movement
**Conscious Movers \~** people who believe that physical mastery is a non-negotiable priority for spiritual ascension
**The Ambitious & Aware \~** anyone seeking a tribe that values deep work and authentic health over surface-level aesthetics
###
#### **Why Attend?**
In a city of 4 million, finding a "tribe" that prioritises both high performance and deep mindfulness can be rare. MYNDtopia filters for **quality, integrity and consciousness** so you don't have to :)
**You'll leave with:**
**1) A New Movement Language \~** Foundations of Animal Flow to use in your daily routine
**2) Biological Clarity \~** Practical tools for physical ascension + human optimisation
**3) Genuine Connections \~** 3–5 high-level collaborators who align with your health vision
**Dress Code:** Move-ready / Athletic-wear (Consciously comfortable & respectful)
***FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLES + YOGA MATS :)***
***HOT DRINKS, WATER + LIGHT HEALTHY REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED...***

This workshop provides a perfect opportunity to experience the deep and insightful Systemic Constellations process. A unique and powerful therapeutic method for self-exploration, understanding core behaviors, removing blocks, and reintroducing movement and growth. It is used as a major resource in working through trauma and it can assist in depression treatment.
To read comments from participants in previous workshops click this link [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)
**WHAT ARE SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS?**
The Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces often appear as difficulties or a sense of being 'stuck' in life, affecting our behavior, relationships, career, health/wellbeing, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and in our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur.
**WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION?**
In Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’.
The method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members, colleagues, partners, ex-partners etc., sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process, regardless of how they choose to take part.
**WHY DOES THIS WORK?**
Scientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behavior today and affect future generations.\*\* Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behavior patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in your family history. This notion has always been one of the guiding principles of Systemic / Constellations Therapy, a form of work that is dedicated to exposing and dealing with issues emerging from our family system.
Our group provides a **safe space** where deep personal work is done and where maintaining confidentiality and respect for each other's privacy is paramount.

The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange
At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter.
This is the follow-up.
Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in
• What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted
• What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know
If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now.
Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back.
The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
What to Expect
• A small, welcoming circle (not a large meetup)
• Structured conversation so everyone has space to speak
• Reflection, listening, and lived experience — not advice-giving
• Optional creative reflection alongside conversation
• A calm, supportive environment
Who This Is For
Women and underrepresented folks working in or around agile, product, technology, leadership, or organizational change — especially those looking for honest conversation and community beyond frameworks and buzzwords.
Good to Know
• No preparation required
• If you attended in January, we invite you to bring anything you created or wrote (or something that represents your intention at the start of the year) - it’s optional but invited
• Participation is invitational; listening is always welcome
• Creative activities are optional
What If Your AI Could Be a Team? - Chad Green
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you.
The building address is 4450 Bridge Park
The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400
You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge.
**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.

Prompt vs. Paintbrush
AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machine’s?
This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation?
We encourage audience participation during this event that will be moderated by Chris Slee.
Whether you’re deep in the field or just getting curious, come connect with others building and exploring AI in Columbus.
