We will practice **observing without judgement**, what’s happening in us and between us, in the moment, as we relate to each other. **Observing sensations, emotions and thoughts** so that we get a complete picture of what it’s like to be us. In this way, we learn to **lead ourselves** through **greater awareness** of the moment, and cultivate our own **inner knowing**. Through exercises introduced at the beginning of each session, we will gradually develop our capacity together to **be present** with what is and listen deeply to ourselves and others. **This practice can help you:** * Connect to your emotions, and * Be more at ease and alignment in your body and mind. * Get inspiration. * Develop intuition to help you make decisions. * Improve your relationships and connect with others on a much deeper level. * Become unstuck in different areas of your life and take action. Please read the full event description before joining. We will be meeting at Mundo Vegan for dinner. Mundo Vegano is a vegan restaurant with pizza, as well as other dishes. This is a joint meetup with **[Barcelona Conscious Connections](https://www.meetup.com/barcelona-conscious-connections/)**, a sober spirituality and personal development group. This meetup will follow the Conscious Connections format of optional icebreaker activities to get to know each other. On the tables, you will find lists of fun questions that will encourage interesting conversations. The lists of questions will be placed on the table and you can choose which ones to ask or answer. They will not be negative or intrusive. The objective is to have fun, make some great connections and enjoy some delicious food. For dessert/coffee, we will move around so that we get to talk to more people, not just the ones you were sitting next to.
