Two weeks ago Yann LeCun and his team at New Yourk University published a paper http://yann.lecun.com/exdb/publis/pdf/lecun-06.pdf aimed to tackle a fundamental problem of AI -- world model, an obstacle that can keep us at the current level of LLM-s for potentialy centures, or can take us to singularity if it will be solved. To do this LeCun used EBM -- energy base models instead of classical probabilistic densities. The architecture combines data ingestion through Amazon S3 and AWS Glue, transformation pipelines using Spark on EMR, and machine learning models deployed via SageMaker for entity matching and standardization. Graph-based relationship modeling is implemented using Amazon Neptune to improve resolution accuracy by incorporating household and shared attribute context.
