Join us bowling and drinks at Crosly Bowling. We'll kick off the night with a few rounds of bowling on one of their 25 lanes, offering both classic and disco-themed experiences. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or a first-timer, it's all about fun and making friends. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, socialize, and take an evening drink with other people. The cost of the event is **9 euro**, which includes one game + shoes rental. This will be paid at the event, with cash or bank app. Any additional game, drink or snack will be at personal expenses. ORGANISATIONAL FEES: **5 euro** to pay before the event with the payment link (please check the comments). It is important to do it, in order to secure your spot for the event. Please note that for respect of the participants, we are asking to be **on time** to the event. We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter. Program: 15’ warm up **To be defined** Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more S=All out sprint RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed) CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold) J = Jog, recuperation Notes: It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point. It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle. For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part. Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'/km so this pace should feel very comfortable ***Acknowledgement of member responsibility and release of liability.*** By signing up for this event, you agree to release the organizers from any responsibility and liability in all claims. As the participation is strictly voluntary and you freely choose to join, it is the responsibility of individuals participating to ensure that they are fit enough and have adequate coverage to protect themselves.

If you have a ball, please bring it... Let's gather at the Parc du Cinquantenaire close to the Tour de Tournai (https://goo.gl/maps/RsxFtTJydq92) and organize a *low-level* football match on the grass. Unless it rains badly as we're about to play, the game is on. Players of any age, weight, sex and size are allowed. Come as you are, at any time after 4pm. IMPORTANT REMINDER -- As Shitty Players, we don't bite or growl when someone misses the ball. We don't do penalties or yellow cards because we're so gentle we don't need them. We vaguely know of the existence of other rules like off-side but we'd rather ignore them than argue about them. We may or may not keep track of the score: this is a game where everyone wins. To help build the Team, come with 2 t-shirts white and black (or similar colors: light grey and dark blue etc). Beer session will follow on the grass, for those who survive till the end. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran of the Cinquantenaire finish line or a first-timer, there’s no substitute for time on the actual course. For our second preview run, we will follow the route along Avenue Louise and the loop at the Bois de La Cambre. This time we will skip Av. Tervuren. This session will remain "steady and social," The Details: Meeting Point: Right in front of Cafe To Meli (near Rond-point Schuman). When: Sunday, March 29 th at 09:30 AM. Bag Drop: Available. Feel free to leave a jacket or a change of clothes so you can stay warm post-run. The "Cuppa": We’ll head back to Cafe To Meli after the session for coffee, snacks, and a chance to swap training tips. The Pace: We are keeping it inclusive and controlled at a comfortable 6:00-6:15 min/km. This is all about time on feet and building that community spirit. Let’s get those kilometers in together!
