Ashtanga Yoga + Picnic A social Sunday experience combining 75 minutes of guided Ashtanga-inspired yoga followed by a relaxed 45-minute picnic in the park. Come alone or with friends and enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere with coffee or tea and a traditional Danish "bolle med ost" (BMO).
