Join us for our next Brighton AI meetup on **Wednesday 3rd June, 6pm to 8pm**, where we’ll be exploring how people are using agentic AI in real life, not just in theory. Rather than rolling out another big transformation, Atlassian has decided to take a test- driven approach to experimenting with new ways of working, letting teams try things out in a safe space. We’ll talk about how to design and run work experiments, check the results, make any necessary tweaks, and share what works with the rest of the organization. Maki-e is a traditional Japanese lacquer decoration technique. Techiniques are involved drawing pictures, patterns, and letters on the surface of lacquerware using lacquer, and then sprinkling and fixing metal powder, such as gold or silver, onto the surface. In our workshop, you have the opportunity to create maki-e designs using traditional Japanese patterns (wagara) or your own original designs.
