=== THE TOUR === On Saturday I'll drive to Liepnitzsee for a swim and a short picknick on the lake. I have a car and I wouldn't mind some company. We will depart at 10:00 (sharp) and drive to a parking space near the lake. From there it is a 10 minute walk. I have to be back in town by 15:00. Note that the place is remote. There are no facilities. You have to bring everything you need. === WHAT TO BRING === • Swimming wear, towls, etc. • Water, drinks and food • Good mood • 5 Euros for fuel and parking fees === NO-SHOW POLICY === I enforce a zero-tolerance policy on no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Life-drawing on the first and third Saturday morning in the month held in my studio in the Rhinower Str 10. One hour of short poses ( the length of a song from an eclectic playlist) a 20 minute or so break while we look at the work and compare techniques and exchange tips on materials while drinking a well-earned tea or coffee with a freshly-baked muffin, then another hour of drawing. In the second half, for those who wish I also roll up a plate with ink to monoprint direct from the model. You will go home with a lot of drawings and prints, new ideas and some new techniques. A perfect way to kick off the weekend!! Cost 30€. Bring your own drawing materials. I supply ink, palettes, water jars and rags. Beginners very welcome!!

We meet and sketch each other in Berlin. This is just an art gym that we also exercise our social skills. Afterwards usually we go for lunch as a group. **How Does It Work?** This event is simple, we meet and sketch each other doing portraits. Most of the participants use pencils or watercolors. Main aim is to socialize while we draw. There will be plenty of time to talk and get to know each other. We have to mention that this event is suitable for all levels. Many have started to draw in our event actually. **Structure** A. Warmup Phase: We pose to each other for 1 minute. B. Main Phase: We pose to each other for 10 minutes. C. Showcase Phase: We show some of the drawings we did to each other. **Who We Are** Creative Sessions is an art events group located in Berlin. **Is it Free?** The event is free of charge. It is advisable to get a drink though. This is a cafe, we need to have at least half of the people on each table with a drink. They accept only cash and most hot drinks cost from 2.50 to 3.50. **How to help or donate?** The event is provided for free but many people help this be a regular thing. This group is for everyone who is interested in drawing portraits! For me, drawing has been a wonderful way to gain a new perspective on the world and the people within it. Whether you are just starting out or have been drawing for ages — all levels are welcome :) How it works: 1\. We meet at The Castle pub in Mitte and do short sittings of 15 minutes for each other\. The first sitting is divided into 3 warm\-up sketches\, 5 minutes each\. 2\. Before we start\, everybody writes their name on a blank card \(provided by the organizer\); these cards are then used to randomly pick the model every 15 minutes\. 3\. Usually we do 8 sittings\, with a 15\-minute break in the middle \(so after 4 sittings\, or 1 hour\)\. -> The participation is free, but it is expected that everybody orders something from the bar to support the lovely location. Get out your pencils and let's start! Please bring your own art supplies!

Meistens findet jemand anders total schön, was man selbst nicht mehr sehen kann ;-) (Es ist keine Pflicht, etwas mitzubringen, aber eine gute Gelegenheit, was loszuwerden. Bitte nicht mehr als drei Knäuel mitbringen und nicht verpacken.) For all those who haven't traveled to another home for Christmas yet, there's again something special shortly before Christmas: a Christmas knitting meeting with scrap wool for Secret Santa :-) Bring your unwanted stash and your bad purchases with you and give them to other knitters. Most of the time, someone else finds something really beautiful that you can no longer see yourself ;-) (It's not mandatory to bring anything with you, but it's a good opportunity to get rid of something. Please don't bring more than three skeins and don't gift-wrap it.)

To know the story of the NIK Collection is to know happiness, angst, celebration, and innovation. But more of that at the meeting! I will spend a couple of hours going through the most useful tools in the NIK Collection and showing how I use them in my editing workflow. If you aspire to elevate your editing skills and produce better-edited images, this set of tools is worth a look!
