Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlinâs Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.

Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.

Community Call: Navigating Life After Leaving What Didnât Fit
**A** **gathering of people who didn't feel like they belonged where they grew up, and are now creating a life on their own terms.**
âYou left an environment that didnât feel right.
Not necessarily because it was objectively bad, but because it didnât fit *you*.
The conversations felt unstimulating, the expectations felt limiting. The way life was âsupposedâ to look didnât make you excited at all, to say the least.

Asking for Help Beyond the Physical đŤA Shamanic Exploration
**If youâre facing a problem and nothing seems to be working, if thinking, analysing and discussing the issue only gets you so far, and if you really donât know what to do next, there is another way to ask for help.**
In this event, you will learn how to directly reach out to the spirit world in non-ordinary reality, not only to gain guidance and clarity, but to receive direct support for real-life challenges. This is not about reflection or inner storytelling, **itâs about making contact beyond the ordinary and receiving help from spiritual allies.**
Led by Isabel, a shamanic practitioner with over 20 years of experience, you will be guided step by step into a **focused trance state using rhythmic drumming.** From there, you will learn how to navigate non-ordinary reality, and request support from your spirit guides.
This work is entirely substance-free. The trance state is induced through fast drumming, allowing you to access expanded perception in a grounded and conscious way.

The purpose of writing this letter is to offer a sense of closure, guidance, encouragement, and reflection to the 12-year-old you, helping the adult you are now release past challenges and embrace what lies ahead.
