An improv jam is a fun inclusive event where absolutely all are welcome, no improv experience required. We all play some improv games together, have some laughs, meet other improvisers and generally be merry.
Whether you've taken improv classes before or you will be dipping your toes into improv for the first time, we'll be happy to play with you.
**Note:**
* Session will start promptly at 7pm, we highly recommend arriving 15 mins early to be ready to begin
* This is **not** a show/performance/open mic night - you will be joining as a participant in games
* This is **not** a workshop/class - the focus is more on play than learning

A Guided Reset: Gratitude for Your Body & Yourself
**Session Flow:**
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival, including brief introductions and a moment to share what brought you here. From there, we’ll move into light stretching and simple guided movement to help you reconnect with your body and become present.
You’ll then be guided through a reflective writing exercise focused on cultivating gratitude for your body and yourself, followed by a quiet creative drawing practice to deepen and express that experience.
We’ll close with optional sharing in a warm, respectful space.

We will then read a short passage from Sri Sakthi Amma’s teachings, touching on themes such as karma and daily life, and close with optional sharing and reflection.
