Our April book is "The Highly Sensitive Person" by Elaine Aron. Join us for exploring the fascinating trait of high sensitivity, in Dr. Aron's pioneering book! Mindfulness practice is not about achieving some special state of mind; it is more about noticing the experience you are having without trying to change it.
