She is a leadership and team coach, facilitator, and coaching supervisor who accompanies leaders and coaches working in human systems where answers are rarely straightforward and dynamics often unfold beneath the surface. ​Grounded in Gestalt and systemic perspectives, Lyn brings over 25 years of experience across corporate, public, and non-profit sectors locally and internationally.
