And in case that doesn’t really tell you what to expect, just think short intervals of exercise combined together in a playful and interactive way to help you strengthen your body in a sustainable way while allowing you to meet new people (and often even forget how hard you’re working out). As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing! How to find us: We meet and train behind the calisthenics workout station on the Zirkuswiese of the Prater. Join as for IRP social and fun, on sand ,😎 for Beachvolleyball! Beachvolleyball 3vs3 and 4v4, 2 courts - We (aim to) play 4vs4, and everyone is on the court ( Not 3 vs3 and 1 Person waits) - We pllay 3 vs 3 on second court. we Reserve the right to adapt on the court Level and requests of Hosts and regular Players in the aim of maintaining good vibes, be inclusive and playfull. Games are social and fun, Not competitive! It is tended for welbeing, mindfulness, less devices, more fresh Air, Outdoor social and IRP conections. - We Play 2 Games in a row in the same Team comppsition (plus a small decisive If Teams want it); after that WE mixed with the Players on the other court. - please be mindful and announce asap if u don't come, you are late or the duration (in case u don't intend to play full time). bring in cash: aprox 8.5 Euros/Person to Cover the courts price. Join me for a photo walk :) We will gather at Gasometer (in front of Apotheke - straight out of Ubahn). After a short introduction we will walk around the 4 iconic buildings, then make our way to Ostbahnsteg, where a view over Donaukanal awaits. At the end of the walk everyone is welcome to join for a warm drink at a nearby cafe. The event is free of charge but will be limited to max 10 people as it is meant as an opportunity to connect, and the park is the perfect location for losing parts of a group. It is suitable for all regardless of age/level/gear. IMPORTANT: as these events are usually full, please make sure to cancel at least 24h in advance if you see you aren´t able to make it. Failing to do so will result in a ban from the next 3 events.

Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! It is open for all levels and beginner friendly. :) If you want to join please sign in/out as the class will only take place if enugh people join (min. 3, but there is additional another whattsapp group with more people joining) The price is 13€/ unit. A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. In this silence many virtues as patience, respect, perseverence, discipline... arise/ are transmitted. It is especially beneficial to strngthen your ability to focus and for stress relief. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

**We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can!** **As always optional lunch after.** **This is the second Metro Park in the lineup - with 21 to go (plus more are being added).** **Also I have a conflict and am not available so have asked Karin to lead!**

**Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in!** **We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop. Pace of around 3.5 mph but no one left behind.** **If there is an interest we can grab lunch nearby afterward at Prost Beer and Wine Cafe.
